Yep it's lovely to be thought of as an OS institution BUT in reality in order to get more crafters interested I think we need to be on the crafting site
we could be missing out on loads of newbies................
but will go with whatever is decided (see I sit on the fence)

Hi ya as I think I should have been "institutanilised (?) years ago am happy to go with the flow - agree that being in a crafty location would be good as I know we all share many other strings to our bows .................. if that sounds the right way to phrase it

Although just let me know where we are going you know what a la la I am I will be wondering all lonely in virtual space wondering where you all :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hope you are all well - Ive hit my 6 week anniversary so without giving too much information - I SHALL BE BATHING TONIGHT!!!!!!
(for those that are sitting looking perplexed don't worry I have showered every day) but boy have I missed the bath. Normalish duties have resumed although wonderful hubby is still lifting etc
As Ive just been told - "oh ive let the hovering slip upstairs been meaning to do it" says DOH "oh well" says me - the reply was "I will bring hoover up for you then"........;)

F1- you can't be vacuuming - I still get DH to do ours 2 years on!! Get him told - the muscles you don't know you have till you start shoving that around!

Home again for a few days then off on the 15th for a very special holiday to celebrate our 46 years... an Anniversary treat we have been promising ourselves for goodness knows how many years... a BALTIC cruise I am soooo excited I can hardly wait...

Thank you for your kind wishes we had a very relaxed day at the caravan and it was a lovely sunny day just like the day we wed in 1967 :eek: what a long time ago :)

this is not my day for decisions - what about almost certainly possibly.
A definite perhaps and a possible maybe - OH COME ON someone make the move or not make the move - we will collapse the fence at this rate.
DS rolled up this morning so I am in White Wine Mode.......can you tell?

Hello all, coming out of black hole lurkdom for 5 minutes to say I`m not sitting on the fence.

Personally I`d prefer to stay here. Maybe cos I`m OLD (not much style !!) and don`t like change. I know borrrrrrrring.:o

I realise if we move we MIGHT attract some more folk but what I`ve seen so far, it`s more paper/card craft etc - although the crochet thread has moved over.

Anyway, I`m off back to lurkydom for a wee while. Things WILL improve I know, just need a bit more time.:(

Hi gang - just crawling out of my chaotic and darkish place for a wee comment - I'm not sure that our location within MSE is relevant - as a gang we are what we are; one of the warmest, kindest group of people you would wish to meet (either virtually or in reality). It should just be the same as us switching to a new thread when we got a bit full. So I say - Why Not!

I assume there will be forwarding links added to this thread and that our "historical" files will still be available?
