Hello everyone ans special love to all. Well we had a lovely restful time in Soain and have hit the ground running as soon as we arrived home. It is DD1's fianc!es 30th birthday this weekend so Ds!Ddil and the gorgeous William are here for the weekend. He is in a " big boys bed" now so I could hardly sleep for excitement at the thought of him making his way across the sending to us when he woke up this morning. And he did!!! Now we are worn out as he has kept us entertained all day.Lovely.

I am so sorry to be away so long but as I explained we are changing our Internet provider in Sain so only had very intermittent Internet.
I did however complete 2 very special blankets . 1 to travel all the way to America and 1 to stay in he Uk. Latest blog post is all about them with pixies if you want a look.

I have not had time to read properly all the way back but I am so sorry to read of your BIL Kathy . Also Mrs M I have had shingles three times so send my most gentlest thoughts. I suffer from post shingles neuralgia at times so hope that does not affect you. I think it was because all the attacks were over my face and head, horrible.

Will pop back after a busy weekend to catch up with all the other news
Try and do a good deed every day.

    Hi everyone!

Just popping in to tell you that we have now finished the Daffodil Blankets for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

9 of them are going to be donated to the 9 Hospices throughout the UK.

The 10th Blanket will be auctioned or sold through private sale.
If anyone is interested our Charity Blankets roughly sell for around £100.00. So I am pleased to accept your offers.

They are amazing! Just pop over to SIBOL and take a look.

We have just donated 3 Think Pinks to Breast Cancer Care North and Midands for their Strawberry Teas. So it's all happening on SIBOL.

If you pop over to our SIBOL CHALLENGES you will see our next big challenges. One for Sight Savers 'Chalky' suggested thank you and the other is for a Blanket which is going to raise money for Macmillan Nursing. This Blanket will be sent off to the Jersey Textile Showcase for next years exhibition and then sold.

    Thanks everyone!
    Suex

Hello everyone. Once again, thank you all so much for your kind words and wishes. Things are much the same with BIL; he has bad days and not so bad days but my sister said he was a little more like his old self the other day. The doctors are working on getting his medication right so we are hoping that they get there soon, so that he can enjoy some more good days. We are still planning our trip back on 18th July but remain on standby, too.

Chalky - welcome back. I hope you had a good restful time in Spain. I also hope that you got my text and email? It must have been strange being offline - I know I can't stand it when I lose my connection here; it feels like someone has cut my arm off!

Thank you all for your totals; I will do the update tomorrow.

I hope you are all enjoying some good weather. Summer seems to have finally arrived here, and it is really sunny and warm. I hope it lasts because it has such a great effect on everyone, doesn't it?

Have a great wedding anniversary, Pippa. It was ours yesterday!

love and hugs to you all
