    morning all
thank you for your addy details ill get the squares off asap, i sat last night and sewed the 'tails' in and put a couple of flowers on one that id made using up some scraps.

F1 can you find out what local hospitals or charities need your support and just send updates of your work to LH. or continue to send to lou but concentrate on things she get 'free' transport for.

im hoping to find out what my local hospital can use and concentrate my knitting for them with the postage rules changing its making it more expensive to send our donations.

mrs m - yes good idea - my local hospital Northampton - I would still have to post to but could do it say 2x per year when I have a good box full. And yes finding out what Lou has "free post" to would be a good idea to.
A certain lovely young lady is giving me the full use of her wonderful brain cells so I think Im gonna get sorted xxx
I would like to get off my back-log of donations and start with a clean slate really. Before I would have just knitted all the things I really enjoyed knitting knowing that Lou would find a home for them.
As Ive just said to Roamin I must start
"PADDLING MY OWN CANOE" a saying I came across the other week whilst doing a bit of my therapy from my Dr M.

Hope you are all having a good day - we have had a mixture of sun and rain but it is a little warmer which is nice.
    Love to all xx

I dont think you are over analyzing F1 as much as we all try and help our favourite charities its very difficult to just pop a parcel in the post now with the new charges. As you all know I have a lot of time on my hands and produce enormous amounts of stuff but am now re thinking my postings to get the best value for money and sending things that are most urgent. I have a list on the wall of things to go where and when.

Sadly Hubby is getting worse and is in bed or on the couch a lot. I am also re organising my life so my shopping is delivered or the children do it for me. Im keeping busy so I dont go crazy :D but he has been very depressed this week (due to a faulty morphine patch ) and we had a tough night. But DGs keeps us going bless him and he was here yesterday for the night, am now tired but in a nice way -if you get me.

Hugs to all am off to put my feet up with a cuppa and do a bit of hookyness xxxx

ginny - was so sorry to hear hubby is worse - it must be awful. Strange you saying about Morphine patch - my FIL swore blind on a number of occasions that the patches were not working needless to say my "very sympathetic" MIL (hmmmm) did not believe him nor did the doctors ..... so he may have been telling the truth.
Am glad that DGS brightens your day must be lovely to have him round the corner.
my being in the home is for want of a better phrase my own fault - Im totally understanding how you must be feeling - IF it ever gets warmer hope that OH might want to sit out in the garden maybe - the very long winter has not helped him Im sure so cold
Am sending you the biggest of hugs and lots of love tucked in too! xxx
