Mrs Moneypenny - I have included your latest hedgie; I didn't want him to feel left out by waiting until next week!

Perishing cold here too. We're alternating between sunny periods and blizzards.

Did anyone see "Call The Midwife" last night. They were talking about getting Sister Monica Joan knitting squares for a blanket but later on they were all helping her sew up a blanket made from crocheted granny squares!

Thanks, Jean; I've corrected the totals on the spready.

Thirzah - it's amazing how many of those who don't knit or crochet can't tell the difference between the two! I haven't been watching the latest series, but that was well-spotted by you!

No snow here but wet, windy, and cold! Keep warm, everyone.

thanks for the good wishes for DS2 the ABs have really helped and as much as he hates the taste he is being really good about taking them, he has to have one lot given a school and he is going for them.
had to laugh at scouts last night, id already sent scout leader an email telling him about the arm and saying /SD couldnt now take part in the footie match next week - at the end scout leader asked for a show of hands so he knew who was going - DS put his up scout leader had to remind him his arm was broke so he couldnt do it so it cant be hurting much now.

hope all are well and keeping warm

Hi all. It's freezing cold here but no snow as yet; I've been watching the news and hope that you are all keeping warm and safe. You too, Jean, because I see that northern France is getting it, too.

Chalky - safe trip; hope the snow further north doesn't cause you any problems on the way to the ferry, and that you get home on time.

Mrs Moneypenny - I'm so glad that DS's toenail is on the mend, and that his arm is getting better.

roamin. thank you for letting kathy know that the number of squares i'd done had gone up. How should I do it so that I make it clearer in future. I need to increase it again as I am putting more in the post tmorrow.
