Thank you all for Such lovely comments about William. As you can imagine we are very much looking forward to a cuddle.
We leave for home tomorrow morning but when we get back to the UK we have a 60th birthday in Hemel Hempstead then a quick train journey to see a friend in Chester then back home to Devon on the 10th.

There is no evidence of Christmas here so it always comes as a real shock to get back to all the shops rammed with everything. Still I am going to enjoy a more leisurely approach to the festive season this year.

Lots of love to you all. Gentlest thoughts to all those with hands overflowing x

Chalky - William is just gorgeous! What a lovely little boy.

I've finished knitting the last couple of scarves and hats for the shoeboxes, and we're almost ready for the warehouse :T My Mam's spare bedroom is like a mini warehouse at the moment, as we store all the boxes we're given in there until they go to the warehouse.
I bought another fleece at Mr A yesterday for under £3 so I'm going to cut it up for scarves to use as fillers.

On another tack - I have 5 skeins of orangey-red, alpaca wool, which I bought because it feels so lovely, but I can't decide what to make with it :rotfl:Any suggestions?
