Just popping in to wish every single one of you lovely people lots of love xxx

On Saturday my niece is getting married---- I am sure I may have mentioned this. Well I have been uber relaxed about doing all the flowers because every time I have been to town there have been white roses everywhere. The supermarkets have such beautiful flowers these days. I like Sainsburys flowers best and my niece wants a very simple hand held bouquet of small white roses----plus 2 for bridesmaids. The table centres and pillar decorations are going to be daises, white pinks, gypsophia and greenery from the garden. So today when I went to buy the white roses slight panic set in after visiting Sainsburys,Tesco, Asda and M&S ----not a single white rose to be had!!!!! So maybe a sleepless night ahead but I shall be back on the trail tomorrow!

No hooking til this is over!!!
    Be back tomorrow xxxx
Try and do a good deed every day.

Good morning all you lovely people -- I am very aware just now that we are like sliding doors on the thread -- There are lovely people posting and lovely people just behind the dors having a look and read. So lots and lots of love to all in front, behind or those stuck with the knicker elastic caught in the hinge!

Woohoo I slept all night ---- Some strange dreams and not even about white roses!!! The greenery from my nieces Dads garden is still looking lovely and fresh this morning. Oasis is sopping and I have just rung Sainsburys!

They have 3 bunches of roses and I need 3 bunches!!!!!! Deal done and no need for a sleepless night!!!! I am off to pick them up in a minute plus the white pinks and gypsophila from the market!

Diana thank so much for the offer -- I wish you were closer too!

Then its a day pretending I know what I am doing. People have asked me have I been doing mock ups etc and I haven't because I want them to be a joy not a chore-- Good philosophy -- let's hope it works!! Well William is coming this evening for the weekend so it has got to be done by then -or I suppose if all else fails he could take over!!!

Be back later with pics I hope!

Chalky....I am the one with the knicker elastic stuck in the hinges - permanently! I don't do flowers - cos I am rubbish at it, but I bet you are just like my dear wee sis....she just pops them in tweeks them and they look FANTASTIC, obviously I acquired some other life skill....just not sure that I have identified it yet!
Mrs Moneypenny - now stop procrastinating and mulling over which to do and just make a choice..I knew I shouldn't have given you so many to look at!
All you lovelies, lurkers, popper-inners, missing in action, on HOLIDAYS, working and busy busy ladies I am sending you lots and lots of love and will catch up with you all shortly - animals all fine so I am back painting again today and will pop back often to check on them -I take tons of breaks and I am extremely laid back so don't you be worrying about me.

  • thats the story of my life, ive got so many things started and things i want to do i flit about and dont achieve a lot anywhere at the moment.

i think titanic will have to be shelved for the winter as its too difficult to see properly at night now.

glad to read all your animails are accounted for and that you are getting lots of rest. not sure your idea of rest and ours amount to the same thing. but the main thing is that you are well and happy in what you are doing. as long as you know when its too much and slow down for a breather.

going to tidy upstairs now so i can stitch or knit with a clear conciencous at the weekend
