    Hellooo I'm back :)

Just a quick post then I will go read back...sooo many pages ...

We had a lovely time weather was a bit iffy and cold at times, but on the whole it was typical British weather ;)

Chalky and her OH came over to us at our little carry-ann on Monday and we had a great time chatting, scoffing, and laughing then we went a walk around the site back to the Sunshine bus YES I actually saw the famous "Sunshine bus" and drat I hadn't got my camera it was back in the van,
It was lovely to see them both they are so easy going and we all get on so well and bless her she had brought a jar of her home made 'Churchyard Chutney' and... you have it on good authority it is DELISH yummm
She had done 4 blankets for MrsTwins and one of her own as well also a few little surprises tucked away in the blanket bag, they are off to Spain tomorrow I think...
So if you are reading this chalky have a safe journey both and have a wonderful time ;) xx
Hope you have managed to sneak in loads of hooky stuff :rotfl:

Right thats all for now off for Dinner and a read back, hope you are all well and f1 I have been thinking of you a lot xx

made a start on a bunting yesterday, but flitting between that stitching and running round with mil, drs all morning and then went round in afternoon as shed been getting confused about her tablets, i wasnt sure if shed lost some or started taking the wrong amounts, luckily shed misplaced them so all sotred now into ONE storage palce instead of squirrelled all over the shop.

hugs to all i will come in and catch up properly later, but for now house is a mess (again) eldest son still hasnt left for school and i should be doing his pack up not on here 'chatting'

    Hi everyone

Anyone know how to get your energy back when you've been ill? I just can't seem to get going these days.

Anyway, Chalky - I hope you are having a safe trip back, and the photos of the wedding flowers are wonderful - well done.

Jean - I keep forgetting that you have been doing the update for me, so I'll take it over if you can let me know when to start it so that I don't mess up what you have done!

Mrs Moneypenny - I hope you get organised and manage to take some time out for yourself.

Pippa - sounds like you had a lovely time with Chalky!

Well, having not done any woolly stuff for ages (my mojo has gone the same way as my energy levels, I think), I really need to get something going. I managed to get twelve IS hats done while I was away, and some squares, and I also want to make a start on some C*******s stuff,so I will make a special effort once I've got a few chores out of the way.

Anyway, I shall read up on the last few posts that I've missed, and I'm sending lots of hugs to you all, especially all those who are unwell or finding life challenging.

Evening all; still here but feeling decidedly carp at the mo with this virus that I just cant seem to shift. Day off yesterday which was lovely but turned a tad stressful (& expensive!!) after I managed to have a hair emergency. Decided on a change so did a red pack but looked dire so decided to strip back to my normal color which was a disaster as while I may have smatterings of grey I know that I am NOT bright orange!! Yup; think tango so emergency call to hairdressers to get in quick as would not have been able to go to work that color....twill be an expensive mistake as I will have to keep having it dyed at hairdressers until the orange is grown out!! Hope it made people chuccle at least!!
#3 blanket for Mrs twins being sewn up this eve so have done quite a bit in last few weeks...makes up for the missing mojo months but my conscience is eased at least as was feeling v guilty!
Pippa lovely that you met up.
F1 great to see you back posting...youve been in thoughts/prayers
Roaming..gently now and give edna a shove if she turns up!
    Socky hope meds easing in?

    Right off to stitch up...hugs!

isom, (((hugs))) hope you feel better soon. i've had similaqr hair emergencies in the past, we live and learn. mine is blonde hi lights now, so the greys blend in:o
chalky, you are very talented, i have trouble just putting flowers in a vase and making them look half decent
mioliere, when i've been ill, i just take it easy til energy levels come back, no point over doing things as that usually ends in a set back, hope your energy comes back soon
my meds seem to be doing there job, no side effects other than trouble with waking in a morning, but all opiates have that, and i compensate by having more early nights, i sleep better now than i ever have
    hugs all
