for those with kids/grandkids, enjoy them, they grow up so fast, i miss my two being little, they are hard work but so worth it.

Well a great time was had by all -- William learnt to crawl ! And Doh and I are shattered but it was worth every minute!

I am just popping in this evening but will catch up with everyone tomorrow.

A busy weekend again as DD2 is off travelling again!!!! She has completed all the courses she needs to crew on super yachts all around the world. Tough job I guess but someone has to do it!!! She is off to Antibe on Tuesday and is hoping to get a job fairly soon.So here we go again! Missing her and hoping all is well but she certainly has the travel bug!

Lots of special love to all xxxx

Hello all :) had a busy few days, have so much to do at present, but at least my knitting and crochet make me sit a while.

Shaz you sound better for a trip out with your friend. So glad your boys are doing well, lets hope college suits them this time, Oh struggled due to his family ( much like a cross between Steptoe and son and the Clampetts) so when he was in his 20's I encouraged him to go back to college and he wiped the board with his qualifications.

Chalky glad you had a lovely holiday, aww William will wear you out now he is crawling but its a nice tired isnt it? Sounds like your DD2 is going to have a wonderful life, hard to let them go but worth it.

My Ds is considering a promotion to work in Cuba  and is off there this month on holiday to check it out. He has done amazingly well and is in charge of the entire office for 2 weeks. I am so proud of him. DD is doing well and DGS is a credit to her and her partner, they had a rocky road relationship wise lately but have put it all behind them and are happier than ever.

Hope you all had a good weekend with lots of peace and free from stress hugs ginny xxx

    Evening all
Another busy day here..we took Mom to Redditch this morning to do a bit of shopping at M&S, BHS and a couple of other shops, she'd had enough by about 1:00 so we took her for a meal at her favourite place,

Kitchen coming along and looking good almost at choosing tiles stage...after a few words in OH's ear he slowed down, I was getting a bit worried as he had a couple of days when he wasn't feeling up to much

Some good news, we went to the QE to see the ENT specialist on Friday he had a look in OH's ears, vacuumed them out (as OH said)then said he is really pleased with OH's progress and said he doesn't need to see him again,:jif there are problems in the future OH can ring and make an appointment, so that's good
He will still have to see the cancer specialist for 5 years follow up appointments though,

shaz - had a look at the blog and the blanket is amazing, very tempted to have a go myself. Meltdown is good sometimes we all need one so you just go right ahead x
jean - you are so right wonder why we let them get away with it ;) So pleased to hear your good news from the checkup
ginnyknit - How is your OH doing? What a wonderful invention the Wacky Warehouse is my DGS loves it, he is always worn out when we get him home from there.Well done to your DS its a long way but he will be back x
chalky - aww how lovely William crawling, errmm shattered is the normal state for grand-parents...did no-one tell you :rotfl: Please wish DD2 Bon Vogage and good luck from us both as she goes on her way tomorrow, she has worked so hard for it and tell her enjoy every minute xx
f1 - we are fine thanks for asking how's you all? I really must get sorted with Christmas pressies, I have been flitting from one thing to another lately and finishing nothing :o
mrs-moneypenny - I hope all is well for you and your family

Must get my stash sorted out tonight, but first need to finish off a blanket for MrsTwins that I started last week at least its only the edging of the blanket to do now.
