    Evening all
Another busy day here the girls are most definitely keeping me on my toes....and I am loving every minute of it...,DGS is coming for a sleepover tomorrow night then we are all of to The Black Country Museum on Thursday...weather permitting not much fun if its persisting down...

We took the girls into Birmingham to the Museum and Art Gallery yesterday, had a great time there was an animal workshop on so we went to see what was happening...one look was enough for me I chickened out and stayed firmly behind the barrier...the girls loved it they had snakes ((shudder)) wrapped around their necks and all over their arms...I came over all peculiar and just sat with my back to it all chatting to another chicken!!! and let the girls and grandad get on with it...

chalky - I have a lovely prickle of hedgies here all colours, pink, white, blue and hedgie coloured, not enough yet will do a few here and there until I have a nice bag full.
ginnyknit - I am sending lots of(((hugs)))your way for you both.I hope all goes well tomorrow and OH gets seen this time x

Good morning everybody-- lots of love tucked in. Thank you again for the hedgies you are an amazing lovely lot!

Ginny-- Thoughts with you a lot-- I hope things go smoothly for you both.
Isom-- Nasty people deserve to be ignored if possible x
Shaz- Lots of love as you try and find a balance with the boys!
    Kathy- Getting excited!
Pippa-- So glad you are having a lovely time. Devonshire clouds have rolled back :(
psso-- Hope you are feeling brighter these days x
Mrs M -- Hope Lily is fighting on x

I am busy helping DMIL sort out/defrost her freezers today then out for supper with my DSIL. So that will be nice

Slightly puzzled this morning as made a batch of Brownies for William's visit ( not for him personally) and put 3/4 in the freezer. We had friends for supper last night and I made the easy mango ice cream from the Jamie Oliver 30 minutes meals book -- delish! But I had hidden a tupperware box away with 8 small pieces of Brownie so that they would not get eaten before the meal and could I find them __ NO! So frustrating. I shall soon have to write everything down in a book-- but would probably lose that too.

Gentle thoughts to all MIA'S -- MISS YOU BUT HOPE YOU ARE HAVING A GOOD SUMMER

:( Sorry to read your sad news Mrs moneypenny (((HUGS))) for the family.

Chalky -maybe the Sporty one has been having a midnight snack or the hedgies have been on the prowl :rotfl:. Are you sure you hid them away and didn`t have them with a cuppa ?

Having a blitzing session today after enjoying some sunshine yesterday. After that I can get back to the wool and needles, so the sooner I get on with it the better.

Shaz, must feel like one step forward and two steps back with the boys. Hopefully they will both settle down soon.

ISOM, hope you`re feeling better now and the meds are working. Just take it easy. New tatties from the lottie - ooh so jealous. Love new tatties and butter but they just don`t taste the same from the shop as they do straight from the ground. Jim used to grow some in big tubs and even old compost bags just so we could have a few `proper new spuds` Might have to get round to doing that next year.

Ginnyknit, hope hospital gets your DH sorted out soon. It`s so frustrating waiting for tests then more waiting for results then waiting for them to decide what to do etc etc. Big hug for you as you need to keep your spirits up.

Right lunchtime is over and back to the dreaded h*******k.
Have a good day and (((hugs))) to all who need them.
