  • ISOM.....DO NOT GIVE UP WITH IT JUST YET .I am using version 2.4 (K-cos' I am in France) but I have been in and 2.4 one above it is just exactly the same the THIRD ONE DOWN on the link. or send me the information I will input it and then ship the spready back to you.

Page one is the directions on how to use it, page two is where you put in your weekly weight - it then works everything out for you and page three is the graph chart...now providing you input your height starting weight and starting date - weight you want to be..all you ever need to do is add the weekly one in.....it will project your date for your desired weight and does your BMI as well.....I have added a column to mine as I wanted measurements as well...for when I ain't dropping pounds.
SHAZ- WELL GREAT NEWS ALL ROUND, good things on the horizon for you, I am so pleased for you.

roaming my brain shut down at 2.4!! How I managed to work in finance for 5 years is quite beyond me!! Can I take you up on your generous offer to input what where and send it back; Ive tried about 4 times and data just not following through....grr
Off to choir which I can highly reccomend for stress relief and general enjoyment. I am now on sloppy (aka baby!) food and am being better at pacing myself I promise! Just takes a while to get used to a new way of life and eating but will be worth it in the end..
big hugs, whether needed or not!

I am on baby food so can have anything as long as it's pureed within an inch of its life!! Have to eat <v e r y> slowly...if I eat to fast then the pouch (who I feel I should name!!) fills too much and I get an awful pain in either my shoulder or right ovary!! Very odd and takes some getting used to! :D Resisting the urge to buy teeny clothes in the sales!!

    Hi everyone

I’ve been ‘Kev’ for the last few days, helping DH to remove tiles from a barn roof, prior to demolishing the stone barn itself, which is really old and starting to fall down! It’s becoming dangerous – the snow in February didn’t help – so we are taking it down completely, and a friend wants all the granite stones that it’s built from for his garden, so that saves us the huge job of finding something to do with them. It’s not the sort of job I like, I have to admit, so I shall be glad when it’s finished.

Shaz – I’m so happy for you!

ISOM – good luck when you get to the ‘cauliflower cheese mush’. Whilst I like cauliflower cheese, having a mushy version does not sound too appealing! I like those cutters in that link. I’ve seen the round before, but not the others; they’re all great for anyone wanting to take something like scissors onto a plane. I shall be looking for one the next time I go shopping. By the way, Roamin is so good at all the technical side of things on a PC; our updating spreadsheet is brilliant, and something I could never come up with on my own!

I will update later on today. I don’t think I shall be called upon to be ‘Kev’ today because the friend who is taking the stones is coming round to start demolishing the barn, so I can find some computer time instead.

Anyway, I’d better go – the kettle calls!

Thought you might like to see a few pics - I have at last finished my "baby" reborn no name for him yet was thinking of Mika (after my most favourite finnish racing driver Mika Hakkinen - mmmmmm yum)
The outfit was my DS's when he was born 11 years ago - I was thinking (due to debt busting to sell him - half finished and all my bits but hubby persuaded me on Monday night to just finish him and am now so pleased I did)

I must be off more to sort - is it just me or does my clutter just keep growing and I never get to the end of it - I do one cupboard get worn out and by the time I get to finishing its grown again!
