 Hi everyone, bit chilly here today so it`s inside jobs on the to do list, plus have two of the grandchildren here (as well as little J) while their mum is at work. Took them all out to a new playbarn yesterday so play at home day today - can`t be spending all Grandma`s pennies just now or there`ll be none left to buy C.......s pressies with ;).

Good to see you posting F1widow, not so good that you`ve not been feeling well though. Hope you are on the mend soon.
What sort of wool do you have to use up and how much?

I like doing the little stretchy prem hats if I`m in CBA mode or something like this

or some of Jean Greenhowe`s freebie patterns could be done for Christmas fayres/ gifts/ LH`s donations

or sometimes I just cast on 15-20 stitches and keep knitting till I`m almost out of wool and voila it`s a scarf !! No set length for scarves and it will keep someone somewhere a wee bit warmer.

I also like this neckwarmer, so quick and easy.

Oops, demands for lunch from small people so will go now and be back later on.

Hugs for anyone feeling poorly or just a bit under the weather and also for those with poorly rellies.

morning all, i got a baby dwarf hamster on monday, and today is the first time i have seen him come out and play, he runs round his wheel so fast, for such a little creature. his name is benjamin.
craft group this morning, and i am taking the scarf that i started for daniel at christmas, its been left a while because of charity knitting,
physio this afternoon, then meeting a friend for a coffee, we have a costa coffee in our hospital reception. my friend is at the hospital visiting her husband every day, he is only 62, and has terminal lung cancer.
then i am going to the gym at 5pm, for another torture session with my personal trainer. i go to gym twice a week, and each session he pushes me harder. he is great tho, cos he is very understanding of the problems with my knees and recently my wrist and tailors the exercises to suit me
hope everyone has a lovely day, big hugs to everyone
    love shaz
ps i have also bought my self a new printer, so i can print off loots of lovely patterns
