Mrs Moneypenny - what fantastic news! Definitely a step in the right direction. You must all be so relieved.

Pippa - hugs to your OH.

Wasbrokegettingbetter - welcome to you; I'm so glad that Roamin pointed you in the direction of Ravelry. Good luck with the pattern!

Shaz - hugs to you. It must be so difficult for you when the boys behave like that.

If anyone is doing a snowman square for Mrs Twins, it's being run by someone on Ravelry. I've pm'd that someone for her address so that I can post the square off to her, but she hasn't replied (it's been about three days now, and I want to make sure it gets to her before the end of October deadline). Does anyone have her address and, if so, can you pm it to me, please?

Well, I've had lots of interruptions this morning (and DH isn't even here, so I can't blame him!) but I am determined to get some sitting-down-and-crocheting-time this afternoon. Well, that's the plan, anyway! I'm just sticking to Kiss the Geezer squares now, because I can do them quite mindlessly. When life is a bit more organised (if?), I shall try something more adventurous.

Hola!!!!!! and lots of Beso's tucked in!!!

Firstly -- Mrs M -- Wonderful news about the twins!!! What special little babies they are -- Fingers crossed for " onwards and upwards!" now.
Pippa -- Big gentle hugs to you both. What a horrid time you are having. I am so glad you had a lovley break with the family. Better than medicine I expect.
Shaz -- Blimmin boys!! Hope that flat is soon yours!
Isom.Hope your after effects of the Car crash have now sussided and you are getting back to normal.
Kinsey -- Hope thing are a little brighter for you -- Lots of gentle thoughts especially to your brother.
Purple Teddy Bear -- Hope the dark clouds have lifted a little!
Toots -- I ma so glad you have stayed with us and have joined in with posting -- It is so lovely to have new members who stay and really get to "Know" us!
Kathy-- I was so glad to read of your Brother-In -Law. I know how much you are wanting to give all your family a VERY big hug!
Jean -- I am so pleased that you seem back to normal-- by that I mean all cylinders flying! I always picture you with a tornado following your heels!!
    Pam,Seakay,F1,Mrs MW,May, Line Dancer Anne,Salome,NotJust Laura,Knitternan ,Oldtractor,Dpixie,and all our lovely MIA's --- Hope you pop in soon

A special welcome to our new members -- Marru-- Hope all those lovely explanations helped you find your way around. New people often see things how they really are! So I hope you can now really join in! Was broke getting better-- It is sooo easy to get addicted to Ravelry -- such talented people there with lovely ideas

Well-- I always think about you all when I arrive here -- I will get the chairs out on the top terrace for when the Magic Carpet with you all aboard lands-- How wonderful would that be.
Well it felt just like home when we walked in and our lovely neighbours had left soup, figs and lots of treats to welcome us!
We have been really busy getting all the bits needed to turn it back to a real home again-- Rugs all washed, terraces furnished and cleaned all through -- Oh ! and most important of all wool stash unpacked!! Although I have already been given a bag full as I am known as the "wool woman!"

The sun is shining and it is really hot so we are just off for a late afternoon swim. DOH's Sister and Bil are arriving on Friday for the first time ever on Friday so we had to get straight quickly!
I did find time to go to the market on the hillside and buy a KILO of fresh figs for 1 euro 50cents! and a bag of tomatoes for 60 centimos a kilo. It is so much easier to top up on the 5 a day bit here--- And believe it or not we have bought our favourite white wine for 65 centimos a bottle and some red but not ven had a glass yet!!
We will have to put that right this evening!

Well we had a good tripe on the ferry and a very good 600 miles from Santander to Turre. The sunshine bus behaved impeccably --- Of course I did too with lots of hooky loveliness going on. Also I have started an all in one knitted cardigan for my Great Nieces Christening so that was handy as it is all in Garter Stitch so no real brain engagement!
Try and do a good deed every day.

I AM SITTING ON THE MAGIC CARPET MAT......willing myself to be in SPAIN assisting you with that red wine and the dinner - BUT I am obviously using the wrong abracadabara - so please send me the right word urgently! So glad you got to your destination safe and sound and visitors on the horizon too, lovely, I have monster sitting for the weekend then must clean the whole place as SIL and her beau are due here the following week for a LONG WEEKEND.(more on that one later - don't want to put a HEX on it all)..I am excited but will have to sort away some of the jobs in progress first.

Off for a PAIR O'TEEF...IT IS THE TIME FOR IT, back later or perhaps tomorrow if I drink far too much!
