    Morning all

Well today's the day we find out the best or worst, OH's appointment is at 2.30 so fingers crossed for good news.

I went into the L/H forum earlier and found a lovely poem posted by Blue (in general chat)that an old lady had written, and O dear did the tears flow  it really makes you think

mrs-moneypenny - all that ironing you deserve a medal ;)
sorry shaz much as I love you all I could'nt resist it :D

Found out some of the Bazaar knit books last night and started a knitted rabbit with a little dress on, did'nt have 4ply so used DK on 3mm needles coming out a bit bigger than it should but looks ok

must go get something sorted for dinner tonight,
    Anne

I read that poem, made me cry, I was feeling low anyway. E-mailed it to mum, she just e-mailed it back, made her cry too. She cries easily at the moment, as Dad died in December last, so she is still grieving, although doing incredibly well.

We had a very good friends Mothers funeral yesterday. Sadly she had severe Dementia so the last few years have been very hard.So it was a final goodbye but really she lost the Mum she loved so much many years ago!

Well I am flitting a bit -- Time for another pyjama day methinks!!! But all will come right! I am having a little rest from baby knitting just now and getting on with some lovely hooking!

its so difficult isnt it chalky when things like dementia and alzimers steal the person long before they acually pass away.
i cant believe its a year this weekend that my fil passed away, i went in a shop the other day and got a 'cemetry card' just reading the verse on it had me in floods again.

well ive sat here long enough, i think 20 mins on the rowing machine and a session of wiifit are called for then ill put the timer on for another hours ironing. should leave the knit free for knitting and stitching then
