Hi everyone - I hope you are all having a good day so far!

I've had a pm from someone who has been following our thread and is very interested in making the little cribs that use as a base a Carte D'Or-type icecream tub. I've tried looking for the patterns but, for the life of me, I can't find them! If any of you can point me in the right direction, I'd be really grateful! I hope the lady in question will join us; I've guaranteed her our usual warm friendly welcome!

Will pop back later and catch up with you all then.

Seeing those little cribs brought back happy memories :) when we were kids my friend and I used to make dolls cribs like those, out of the boxes that dates came in. We covered them in scraps of material and if we could get any some ribbon.

Hello all - hope we are all ok - bit dull and gloomy here - trying to rain

roamin - hope you are getting stronger - I am hoping you are not trying to do too much! - big hugs xxx

mrs m - I know the feeling about the de-cluttering - it feels like the forth bridge here - no sooner do you end you start again - and there is only the three of us! where does it come from ....... xxx

isom - phew what a journey - hope you enjoy your pampering xxx

mioliere - its so sad to hear about your neighbours - I hope the future becomes brighter for them xxx

well Ive just sat down for first time today - have really gone to town on cleaning - windows - floors - polishing and scrubbing - I really have let it slip - we have friends tomorrow and woke in a bit of a panic downstairs almost done - just going to climb the wooden hill and start up there (aarrrghghhghgh!) - I was hoping to declutter my craft stuff - wool and card stuff etc and it keeps being put off - maybe next week although its half term and not a good idea to get all those bits out

You would not believe DS has gone to sleep! - he was up early yesterday they had a school trip to Peterborough Cathedral as it was the anniversary of part of the bible (?) and their school was invited to go - then he went to a friends barbecue party last night - up very early again this morning - and now he is snoozing! perhaps now would be a good time to get in his bedroom tee hee

Oh well Ive babbled enough - love and hugs to all - hope you have a good weekend and I must remember to come and update later xxx
