ohhh i love the little outfit for baby megan
  • All finished including sides and base crochet bit I have to confess tho' that I am a BIG hooker I only used the wrong size hook - found out this morning when I had a proper look at
    chalky's
tutorial again. So have been and found the right size and will make one properly this time......so instead of a purse its more a rucksack size!
    isom
glad you had a terrific day out - even if you didn't manage to rescue any yarn.
    Moiliere
that will make such a difference when the barn is
    all
gone.....we have one but can't remove it - as we use it, we have disguised it the french way TREES all round it ha ha, Off to make a wee purse (this time right hook).

Oh what a lovely lot of "hooky" posts. If you are teetering on the edge of a Crochet Love Affair --- Jump RIGHT in!
Quicker, Easier and so rewarding! I do love knitting too though!
Jean -- You are a star! Lovely purse!
Kathy -- Brilliant pics and crochet work
    ISOM -- Rest up awhile!
May -- as always -- Lovely to see you!
    Shaz The socks sound wonderful!
Lovecrafting -- So nice that you are staying awhile! Lovely posts.
pippa You must be seeing Dorset at its perfect best!

Dpixie No sign of you. All other MIA'S Pfungi, Linedancer Anne, Salome, Orkney Star and Purple Teddy Bear to name but a few lots of " missing you" thoughts!

Well last night apart from a very mediochre meal at a British type restaurant -- Not our choice the entertainment was amazing. There were strolling minstrel bands from universities all over Spain and Portugal. It was spellbinding with music, instruments and dancing which was absolutely marvellous-- We loved it and left at about midnight and I am sure in a very Spanish manner they would have seen the dawn!

Love to all in this gorgeous weather here there and everywhere x

I just had to do ONE the right size, also I am not happy with flowers, but remembered I did swizzley's at Christmas two years ago and got you all started on them, still can't judge how much yarn to leave to finish the end of, so one squiggle is longer than the other but as a work in progress and a trial for crochet I am very happy - I don't want an addiction BUT if someone could point me to a VERY EASY BLAKET I would be ecstatic, I can do trebles, shells (I know that's not their name) and I have a book of instructions, you have to be very quick tho' as I will be straight onto the dog/cat baskets the very minute that the big fat crochet hooker rolls up.

having had a great day playing, may even do it al again tomorrow.

Jean --- Have you had a look at Granny squares because they are just brilliant for blankets. You have all the skills and stitches you need and in a way they are the most pure form of crochet blankets--- in my IMG_0519.jpg?t=1302462252humble opinion!

I would like to say though that you are getting very close to being as beautifully bonkers as me!
