Hi all!
Mum is resting, albeit with some frustration! She just overdid the digging we think...shes helping me undo some of my patchwork blocks that are sqewed as decided to unpick and straighten as it will annoy me being that much out!
F1 years fly by dont they - my goddaugher is about that age and developing into a teenager - told her to stop, esp as she will be gorgeous! tall and slim like her daddy!
this eve going to do more quilt and a bit of the cat blanket. Please dont forget my wee charity - esp when you fancy something that is nice and easy but will make a puss cat very happy. Isoke loves hers!
Miol dont let mum hear you have a building plot - she'd be out there like a shot lol!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0 -

F1 - yes, I did think of a knitters' retreat but we'd have to build something on the land first! It's too cold here in the winter for a tent!
I'm not sure how to list Lisa's Stars items. I'll have a think about it and see what Jean thinks, too, as she is the one who devised our lovely spreadsheet!
ISOM - your Mum can come over if she can build a log cabin for us!

Wow ! Not usually me on first but have a lot to do before our return to Spain on Tuesday.
Thanks for lovely comments on little blankets.
Still hooking a few things for DDIL but want to get back to some more Charity work--
ISOM - Promise not to let you fall off the radar. Would it be a good idea to get some cosy blankets from the Charity shop. Cut them up and blanket stitch the edges for the cats.
Kathy I am waiting for a new great niece or nephew which was due last Friday and I am hoping it makes an appearance before Tuesday. I can just imagine you are on Tenderfhooks! Lovely news about plots. Things seem to be really coming together now!
Mrs M Hope you are feeling straighter.

Morning everyone.
Just catching up on posts as DH has just come out of hospital following op to relieve pressure on spinal cord. He can't be on his own at the moment so gives me a chance to sit down for a bit and make a few things. Thanks to roamin in the gloamin for the little knitted robe link- have managed a couple. Sorry I haven't been able to mail anything yet Shezmit but you will have a package soon. K x:hello:loves old-style0 -
KrazyKay -- I do hope your husband continues to improve- What a worrying time for you.
Good luck with the woolly stuffTry and do a good deed every day.0 -
Thanks Miol! Did think of doing that with cat blankets as quicker but on some ways more of a faff as I already have the wool so will mean paying out more when the wool is effectively free! Would be quicker though!
Krazykay what a worry for you. Is he mending ok and being a good patient?!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0 -

Grandma couldn`t remember how to put photos on here but she`s finally managed to do it.
She says I`m a lazy wee monkey cos I`m not crawling yet but why bother when I can just sit and yell if I can`t reach my toys. It will soon be my birthday and I love eating cake so it will be a good day.
I like throwing kisses to people so here`s one specially for you MWAH.
Lots of love from little J. xxxFully paid up member of S.A.B.L.E.

Thanks to Chalky and ISOM. The op has a 50% chance of working so we are hoping and praying for the better 50%! He is having to be a good patient as I am being very bossy. K x:hello:loves old-style0
