Mornin all
Cold and dismal here today, not raining at the mo but looks likely.
Not really got too much on today so will just bumble about after the hairdresser has been, but you know whenever I say that I am on the go all day, its amazing what one can find when there is nothing to do(except the ironing, but I can still see the top of the basket so it's not desperate ...yet) :rotfl:
:wave:Welcome to you spend_thrift nice to see you, hope you will keep popping in.
ISOM - here you are specially for you 1 Mobius. Still not sure I got it right should have one twist but looks more like 2.Fit's ok though I will give it to my sister when I see her on Sunday, she is my guinea pig and has all my first's;)
Salome - I did a balaclava for L/H a while ago and it came out looking as like it would fit SHREK still sent it though, so I am hoping a sailor somewhere is feeling extra warm wearing it.
kathy - Are you working on your blog this morning? just wanted to look at the updates, but it would'nt let me in:( hope you are having better weather today, hows the plastering going hope OH has nearly finished it now
OH has gone to the dentist he has a crown coming off so it needs a spot of glue to keep it in.
Well better make a move she will be here in a bit

Lack access to the updates I think might be my fault Anne, althoughl I can blame Google or Orange broadband as well as they conspired to not let me in to the original spreadsheets. They should be Ok now but check and make sure they are correct.
I can admit to sewing up number two balaclava this morning, they are going to the Christians Seamen's mission - well SAILORS anyway care of Loving Hands not yet tho' as I want to try and get a box full prior to posting.
Hope everyone is having a good day regardless of what you are up to - I am off out this afternoon Breton Embroidery no less - farmers wife has me roped in for that one, will see if I keep that up or not after lesson one. Cuddles for everybody, especially the poorlies. I see I missed Chalky taking off, so if you get round to reading this - hope you arrived safe and sound. The Hooligan Wooligan – age 9¾

HI everyone.
Pippa - there's been a gremlin or two in the update department which our lovely Jean has been working on. I think the old update that has been on my blog for a while has updated. It means you will have to go back a while until you find it but I'm trying to find a way of making it more accessible. The plastering is going on, and on, and on, and on! He is nearing the end of it. He is just 'polishing' off the walls; there's a bit more ceiling to do (the bit he's been putting off because it's vaulted and quite high!) but he should get that done tomorrow and then it will all be over. Well, at least in the kitchen - the hall still needs to be finished off but I don't care about that. I just want a proper kitchen! Mind you, the tiling still needs to be done but that shouldn't take long (famous last words, eh?!).
Jean - hope the embroidery is going well, and that the walk across the fields was not as wet as mine was to fetch my wheelie bins! I had just left the house and the heavens opened - again!
Well, back to helping DH to clear up so that we can enjoy a tidy cuppa!

Quick Update from me ---
Parcel on its way to Lou tomorrow containing 15 boobs (2 of them bizarre Christmassy ones!)
Also, need to add 40 further Innocent Smoothie hats to my meagre totals.
I do have lots of Oxfam type jumpers to sew up but they won't get out now until after the end of December - too much on at the moment!!
With love,
