    MESSAGE FROM ISOM:
"Hello all. So sad to hear about May. Lots of love and healing prayers coming from Italy for her. All well here. Trying to teach my friend to crochet but suspect that its easier after a few vinos lol!! Ive not had my bum pinched once (and really hope not to!) but have noticed that the Italians have observed my ample bust!! Am having a nice time - helped at an international nato charity day this am (in charge of the urn so just like being in Church!!) and snoozed this pm. Just enjoying family time this weekend and church and some exploring tomorrow. Terrential rain this pm and just about to try and locate my jumper! Thinking of you all! big hugs ISOM"

Newbie here, beginner at knitting too so I don't think I'd be much help :/

I could try knitting squares coz that's all I've learnt to do ^-^

Where do I send them to and how big should they be?

Am so sorry to hear your news, and gentle hugs and loving thoughts coming your way. Losing Mum is one of the hardest things ever, and as others have said, remember her for the fighter and determined soul she proved to be. Time helps, makes things easier to deal with, but you have to allow it to - there are no rules, no timescales.

Keep the happy thoughts uppermost -

    With love

    Dawn xx

Hi Willow 92 as you will see from Kinseys post loads of information on squares and where to send them you might also like to think about this link

its a wee jumper made from squares - well just in case you fancy a bit of change. Also should mention that IN SEARCH OF ME (currently having her bum pinched in Italy) is collecting blankets for cats - well squares knitted up together or one big square would do great for the cats.

Hi Willow. You've joined us at a sad time but you are very welcome. I see that Kinsey and Roamin in the Gloamin have pointed you in the right direction about squares. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask - there will always be someone along who can answer!
