I asked a while back if anyone could help me out with this and I've been searching ever since with no luck :(

I've made a crochet blanket out of squares for a friend and need some small & simple (3.5" max), preferably flat creatures to go on it.
Time is now of the essence, she is re-locating to US around Christmas time and wants to take it with her then.

    I am looking for :
    Crab
    lobster
    starfish
    sea shell
    fish
    etc;
They need to be simple, flat and small.
If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it. I've spent so much time looking for these that I could have made several other blankets in that time. I really am having no luck.
    Thanks in advance

Also, have you tried Ravelry? Try the search box, they're very good. If I come accross any more I'll let you know.

Hi there; a flying visit from me, too. The electrics have been off for most of the day while DH sorts out another corner of the kitchen. He's just had to go out for some more bits so I thought I'd take a chance and log on here.

ISOM - have a lovely time in Italy; it's a beautiful country.

LilacLillie - looks like the lovely Kinsey has sorted you out. We would love to see a photo of the finished blanket!

Pippa - welcome back to you. It's not the same here without you!

Well, we seem to think we're getting near the end of all the work here, then we think of something else to do. Yesterday, the latest plan meant moving some bookcases around and, of course, that meant moving all the books, too, so it ended up taking up most of the afternoon and evening.

We had visitors this morning, so that put paid to getting any work done before lunch but it was nice to sit and chat over several cups of coffee.

Well, I need to unplug everything again for DH to do the electrics. With any luck this will be the last of it.

Jean - hope your apples were OK!
