wishing you all a peaceful joyous Easter. We have some sunshine so I shall go and make the most of it out in the garden - bit of a serious tidy up needs to be started.

Hi all, Easter greetings to you.

Not been about much as I've been getting stuck into my Attic 24 blanket. Nearly finished, doing the last bit of border. Thought it might take longer to do but MOJO has really kicked in and the end is in sight !! :)

Had little J's birthday party yesterday, his actual b'day is on Tuesday, so great fun with a bouncy castle, face painter and party games. Hard to believe it's five years ago since he came into the world.

Sun is shining here so I might go and potter in the greenhouse for a wee while. Got some pansies which need potting up into larger pots before planting out at the end of next month, and I need to look out some small pots for little J to plant his seeds from nursery.

    Ttfn.

The blanket is done ! DD is holding it up as I'm too small, little J is holding the next one - child size this time.

Morning all, bit cloudy and overcast here today. Might brighten up later though.
Well it's hard to believe it, but that wee chap in my previous post is 5years old today, where does time go. Seems just like yesterday I was sitting cuddling him, just two hours old.

Newest blanket is growing nicely and because it's so much smaller, a row doesn't take so long to do. Just as well as little J encouraged me to order more wool. Oops, better not tell his mum.

Must get a wiggle on and tidy round my chair, woolly bits everywhere. Some finished stuff, some which needs buttons and the bag of yarn I'm using for the blanket. Very untidy corner ! Time for a clear up.

    Have a good day everyone.

  • Elaine it works if you just put the the photo's link not the whole subject/topic at least I think that is what it is, but as it's all a bit smoke and mirrors I will still be trying to do stuff that don't work!
