Well, up at the crack of dawn so decided we would be just as well scooting off to Ikea in Brest (2 hours away). Had a good look at some of their storage solutions - not really what I was looking for - the brochure and the online website make things look terrific, but when you get right up next to it erm well, that's another matter. DH is insisting I try and clean up my act (well the cone yarn which is all over the office), so I will have a good think about it all and see what I feel like tomorrow - or not!!
Hope it isn't too cold where ever you are based and sending you all a ton of love along with the squishy cuddles. x

Hi, everyone. Just popping in to catch up with things. For some reason, it's been really busy again, and the time is running away with me.

Jean, I know I said I'd get the update done by now, but I will do it tomorrow. Where on earth does the time go?! Hope you and DH are healing.

Chalky - hope DH is recovering from his op.

No fresh news about Sam; he is due to have chemo tomorrow, so I will call the family later to wish him luck. I hate what he's having to go through, but can only imagine how we'd feel if the doctors had not been as positive about the outcome as they have. Some of the cases on the same ward are hopeless; how those parents are feeling I can't even begin to imagine. No child should have to suffer.

Chalky - I'll get the Chelsea square in the post the next time I go out. You're still in Devon, aren't you, so I can post it to that address?

Well, it's not quite as freezing cold as it has been here, but it just won't stop raining. I shall be so glad to see the start of spring!

Take care, everyone, and have a good evening.

Late afternoon all, darling DS2 has managed to do something to the puter so I can't load tinterweb GRR. I'm doing what I can on the pad that DH got me for Crimbo
Hope SAMs next treatment goes well kathhy, you know we are all thinking of him.
Ouch roamin hope the fingers are ok now, I had a similar thing happen the other night, I saved a slice of pizza back when serving the boys up then went back in the kitchen to eat it, the mozzeralla cheese was still scalding hot and stuck to my lip OUCH, I now look like I've got a cross between a bad trout pout and a cold sore can't believe it was still that hot after being out of the oven for a while!
Got 9 squares left to do on baby leaf blanket but want to pull a couple in for SAMs blanket so I can get those posted off.
It's getting really cold here now wondering if we'll get the threatened snow overnight.

    Hugs all stay warm.
