Just a quick pop in for me tonight,
OH was told MIL is being moved to the nursing home on Thursday when the oxygen is all set up for her.It is a lovely place we saw it a couple of days ago.

So now its all systems go to clear her flat and sort the paperwork out.

I did a couple of little purses last night and started a childs jumper with some wool I had given me.

Off out to friends for a change tonight might have a couple of vinos.... no .....will definately have a couple :rotfl:

Hope you are all well and things are good for you all

Hi All, I haven't been around much because I have had computer problems again and then DH spilled orange juice all over it!!! I hardly dare use it now.
Shaz, I haven't forgotton about you coming for a chat, I knew you had been away so didn't contact you. Sorry that things are not going so well for you. I will PM you to make an rangement, we're still getting the house sorted after our leak so I'll make sure to chose a day when we haven't got workmen in.
Hugs and well wishes to anyone who needs them and happy knitting.

    Morning ladies

oh I feel so guilty I think ive missed kathy - wanted to wish you happy "belated" birthday and wish you well for your trip - dont laugh but will give a wave out of the window to welcome you to UK tee hee xxx

sock-knitter - will be thinking of you and Daniel today - I really hope things are ok for him - sorry to hear about BF - its easy for us to say but if they dont stick around they are not worth it - one day a really lovely one that you really deserve will come - I know because I was a lucky one that had one turn up (even if I said he was about 5 years too late :rotfl:- the damage with the last partner had already been done!)xx

Because Im too far away I will join you for a virtual tea/coffee and cake :D

chalky - thanks so much for thinking of DS - he is fine (touch wood) at the moment - maybe its the experience that he had at school or maybe he just will be one of those children who goes, comes home and does not really seem enthused over school - I secretly dread every day and am glad when I see him come through the door - dont let him know that though! - sounds like you are sooooo busy - take care xxxx

k2tog, psso, shezmit (think of you and Mum a lot), Maytaurus -etc hope you are all well - thinking of you - we miss you xxxx

By the way ladies stop trying to feed your computers they dont like it :rotfl::rotfl:

My vest top/tank top - almost finished the back and am thinking I dont think it will be big enough - the lady who wrote the pattern said it was for her mum - well her mum must have been tiny - I added a few extra stitches as it was .......... - still its a trial one so we shall see - i want to get it finished as I feel bad that i have not done any charity bits

Off for a quick cuppa then hoover upstairs and I think I shall be done - Ive been cleaning and tidying like mad this week since DS went back to school and Im almost there - oh forgot I do have Mount Rushmore in ironing lurking and growing in the Utility ;) but we wont talk about that one

Love and hugs to all j xxxxx

special thoiughts to everyone worrying about someone elses ill health, i know what that feels like.

got carried away on my cabling last night i was supposed to stop for armhole shaping at 12 inches but when i measured it the back was 17 inches where was no way i was going to rip that down so its just going to have to be longer now (and hope i have enough wool)
