Exactly and thats mainly down to people being incentivised to have kids through the benefits system, WTC and CTC etc..

Your very sadly wrong if you fail to see why people should take resposability for their own actions. It smacks of Socialims which as we know always fails when they run out of other peoples money.

As for your 1st comment about "Human Nature to want to reproduce" yes your right but I would have hoped that as a society we have progressed past caveman mentality.......

Tell me honestly, seeing as it is EVOLUTIONARY FACT that ALL species are engaged in a battle for survival. Which means a survival of their genes to pass onto the next generation. Seeing as it is a human TRAIT in fact a SPECIES trait to produce offspring, why are you suggesting that only rich people or those lucky enough to be in well-paid jobs should do so?
All over the place, from the popular culture to the propaganda system, there is constant pressure to make people feel that they are helpless, that the only role they can have is to ratify decisions and to consume.

You're looking at this the wrong way. WTC, CTC etc aren't so much benefits as subsedies for the capitalists to keep their wage structures as low as possible. Many organisations simply couldn't function without these wage subsidies. But I notice you don't attack them with quite the same vigour. Perhaps businesses should have to save up before they employ staff??

And that expresses in two words why the world is full of feral children and people who feel the state owes them a living.

People shouldn't be animals who rut and breed indiscriminately but rational beings who understand how important children are and what a responsibility it is to bring them into this world.

Do you know what a non-sequitur is?

I suggest you google it, you seem to use them often.

Having children is an inherent trait of human nature. In fact of all species. To deny that, is a serious misunderstanding of nature and genetics.

Our 2 children were the result of a loving, commited relationship and we knew where to draw the line.We have done our bit for the future of our species and at that point we stepped out of the line...

Its very simple really, nothing dark or dirty about it......;)

Hahaha @ lifestyle choice. Children are not plasma TV's or Ford Mondeos.

See my post above about the difference between being human and being an animal!

Could I request a Board Guide moves this to DT as we seem to have moved into a discussion rather than answering the OP's question.

To be honest even if you used the lowest form of wit, you didn't do it well enough.

So you accept the part you have played in bringing about these "ferel children" you speak of?

I would agree there Willy, the WTC and CTC system are flawed ,they are indeed subsidies which is wrong. They also encourage businesses to keep wages low, try looking at some of my previous posts and you will see that I am indeed a critic of businesses...However its businesses who create wealth through their workers, love em or hate em they are a necessity..

I would go on to say that IMO someone earning say £900 per month with 3 kids is then eligable for £15k in benefits per year is perverse..........People should look to be better qualified and educated to get the better paid jobs. We will always need manaul Labour who wont earn high wages but blame the Governments and the EU for creating such a high cost of living.....

I know more than a few people who have cut their working hours purely and simply to get more benefits...

    Humans are animals.

The urge to breed is not dependant on salary (don't believe I had to actually explain that one! lmao - see Africa if you don't believe me!).

LMAO at your desperation to move the thread when the heat is on.

I think that anyone who says "up yours" in the middle of a rational discussion isn't in the position of trying to educate others. ( And, by the way, "non sequitur" doesn't have a hyphen.)
