Student Loans

I dont think anyone who has replyed to my threads have even read the whole thing!, maybe you will understand!

I live in a tiny village, we have a corner shop, 2 pubs, thats it, no jobs there. Nearest town is far away, not walking distance. I am required/advised to seek employment in the catering industry to get some experience, i do want to work, i have fantastic jobs available to me as long as i get on to my level 3, my course leader will get me a guranteed job in a high-end hotel. I am looking for a loan, which is like a student loan where i do not need to pay it back untill i get the job,(so i can learn to drive and get the car in the meantime) i cant see why that is so hard for some of you to comprehend. Simple question and most of you just selectivly reading.

you are simply going to have to get a local job doing something you don't love to save up for equipment to do the thing you do love.

motorbike = cheaper than car. 2nd hand moped = £500

pu can get a white jacket of ebay for a tenner

8 piece sabbatier knife set = £140

All that looks like about 8 weeks full time pub work. Get your finger out and get on with it.

and btw, summer season - go get a live in hotel job doing the manky stuff. Scottish hughlands have loads of students this time of year, possibley somewhere more local also. board and food paid, you just have to not drink the rest of your wages.

Obviously if that's true and you're stranded, then you can't attend college and must be lying? Right? Or you aren't stranded and would have to get a job.

The reason people aren't telling you what you want to hear is because it doesn't exist. You cannot have it. You are not a university student so you are not entitled to a student loan. There are no commercial loans of this kind available to you.

Now, is there anything in the above you have trouble understanding? Try not to throw your toys out of your pram and then swear thinking that it makes you sound like a grown up - it doesn't, you sound like a little chav.

I don't think there is a tutor. Or a college, because obviously he wouldn't be able to get there without this Desperately Needed Car.

my college is a few hundred yards up the road, i didnt know that there wasnt any type of loan for what i wanted, thats why i came here.

i dont expect you people who dont know me, you dont understand my life and what i have been through, you shouldnt judge me, thats is exactly what everyone has done on here. of course im going to get angry at you people!

Do they have a canteen in your College??

If the College is only a few hundred yards away, how do the rest of the students/workers etc get there??
there simply MUST be reasonable Public Transport going to /from the college.

Or do you think you're too good to sit on the bus with minions??

there is a commis chef position and the Le Manoir aux Quat'Saison available to me in October, i want to do anything i can to secure that job, if it means getting a loan and working my !!! off to pay it off, then so be it, this is probably the best offer im going to get in a long time..
