Morning, decided ineed to get o top of housework today, DS is at sportsclub and DH is off work so hopefully he will keep DD entertained whilst i dig out the kids bedrooms:eek:.
Need to pick up a parcel from post office, its for DH asked him what he had bought, said he hasn't, so suprise parcel:D.
Ebay bids are up to £4.98 and end on Sat/Sun, hope to make £20 this weekend.
Recieved £4 for a survey from pinecone, slow this week with surveys and don't seem to be making much.
Must bake today and also sort out shopping list, tommorow is payday, i'm going to the Nearest town that has a Morrisons to spend £5 of £40 voucher, also have a lidl and Tesco there and i have vouchers for both, £5 off £40 for Tesco and £5 off £30 for lidl, going to have to be really organised, also going to look in the shoe shops whilst there for some boots for myself as i need them for work in September.
DD was chatting about christmas yesterday:eek:, anyway she has said that she would realy like a victorian dollshouse and wants to collect old furniture like great grannies
, Told her it was very expensive and she would have to save and buy some of the furniture out of pocket money or ask for it at birthdays etc, so we had a look on Amazon and a dolls house is in the region of £80/£100 could spend more but not going to, so my new challenge is £100 in Amazon vouchers by Dec 1st through surveys, have £15 already so hopeful i will do it. 0 -
Hi Pennywise,
OMG to only having 14 months between your 2, I cant even begin to imagine how hard that must have been!! Mine are 2yrs and 2 months and that was hard enough!! Gets easier though doesnt it!
Yay to your ebaying, hope you make loads. Have you managed to sort the kids rooms out. You might find more to ebay too :rotfl:!!
Re the dolls houses, we looked for one for DD last Christmas and they were all sooooo expensive. The furniture is ridiculously expensive. Anyway, I got one from Asda in October in the toy sale, think it was only about £35 and the furniture pack to go with it was £12.50!!! Mind you sounds like youve got the right idea with the Amazon vouchers.

I look back now and think OMG how did i do it, but i guess you just do and just get on with it, My Best Friend has 18 months between hers and we had our first baby 5 days apart and our second were a few months, we kinda got through it together and we were constantly trailing to each others house and crying i can't do this anymore, we laugh about it now.
Not got near the kids rooms, day seems to have floated past and i've done nothing:(.0 -
Ok, I have just under a year between my eldest two!! They are in same class at school, First born in sept, then second born following August!! Then 3 year gap before no3, then 6 year gap before my surprise demon baby arrived. It was hard work when the eldest 2 were small, but they are great now and have been a great help with the younger 2! But then they are now becoming teenagers and a whole different kind of trouble!!!!!Proud to be dealing with my debts, light bulb moment: 2/1/2010, reviewed 7/1/20120

All i can say cialilerin is:eek:, have to say my 2 are fab now (6 & 7), play together and are best mates really, dreading the teenage years.0

Wonder if there's a link between debt and having your kids close together!! Cos gotta be mad!!!Proud to be dealing with my debts, light bulb moment: 2/1/2010, reviewed 7/1/20120

Maybe thats it, children close together causes brain to go squidgy and does not fuction properly, resulting in over spending and an inabilaty to add up.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
Been and done a mammoth shop and have spent
Tesco £35.51 used £5 off £40 shop, very pleased nearly bang on:D.
Morrisons £44 .88 used £5 off £40 shop, not as good as above but ok:).
Lidl £41.84:( used £5 off £30 spend over spent here.
So total spend £122.23 and £6.50 was on a birthday present and card, Have got loads cupboards, fridge and freezers full and i will make sure it lasts us the next 3 weeks as thats how long it is until we go on hols:j.
Speaking of hols tickets arrived this morning, i'm now very very excited:D.0 -
Wow, having 2 in the same school year I knew was possible, but never actually met anyone with 2 like that!
I do wish this DS was younger, as he's 4, Im not sure he'll ever really be able to play with this one. Have to wait till next May for the next one, I do not want to be preggers for the wedding. Gonna have to be extra careful until then. Thats it then, planning a honeymoon baby if poss, and then one more, and thats it. Always wanted 4, but want to be done and dusted by 30.
Got a feeling if I have a girl next time though might just quit then.
Must be mad really, OH has the least patience Ive ever seen on anyone, I call it a disability sometimes.
Good luck for Ebay, can it shoot up that much in a couple of days? Crikey! A dolls house sounds like a lovely xmas present, and might be nice for relatives to know what she wants for xmas now, rather than guessing and ending up with unwanted gifts.
Where's the holiday??LBM January 2017 £34k will have paid back finally by my DFD May 2021got my first store card on my 18th birthday, never known a life without the grey cloud of debt looming over me. 18yrs and the end is finally in sight 🤩0
