  • Just has a read of my MSE weekly email and spotted Waterstones offer of childrens books for £1, had a gander at the website and ther are 5 books that are £1 each, so have bought 3 of them, so £3 and got free delivery, bought Horrid henry, how to train your dragon and another that i can't remember the name of, then when i went to pay i was told i had £1.71 on my Waterstone card, forgot i even had a Waterstone card:o, so used that, so 3 childrens books for £1.21 and quido hopefully as well:D, so get your bottoms over there and grab a bargain, going to put mine away for kiddies for xmas but would be good to put away for birthday presents for childrens friends.
  • Forgot to add that as i was going to part with the £3 anyway i will send £1.71 to bar-steward card:).

  • Good morning.

Today i am hoping for a nsd but have a feeling i will need petrol:(.

£9 from paypal this morning in Bank account, so yes youv'e guessed right its gone to !!!!!! card:j (don't count this in nsd as its extra money i've made, am i cheating:D), only need another £250 to get it below £600, don't really think its doable, but anything is better than nothing.

Taking kids swimming this afternoon and its free, friends parents have a static caravan and the park has a pool, so as long as i'm with friend can get in with her pass, only a small pool but kids love it and its FREE.

Might also get some housework done if i can be bothered and sort out bits to go on ebay.

    Evening Penny
What a great day here, the weather is beautiful...feels like summer has arrived

You are doing very well keep going. I'm a bit like you I get impatient watching totals go down. Can't go quick enough. I paid of my Littlewoods account and emailed them to close it. They sent me an answer today and it was lovely to see that I am finished with catalogues!
Take care and enjoy you time with the kids.
    God bless

  • Well done on paying littlewoods off ebayqueen.

Checked banking this morning and cheque i paid in the other day had cleared:D, i'm i really sad to get so excited about being able to overpay the !!!!!! card, does anyone else get excited when they get to overpay something?:rotfl: .

Actually getting impatient for tomorrow as want to get things onto ebay and make a few pennies, seem obsessed/motivated at the minute.

Today i'm taking kiddies to the cinema:), but will take juice and snack with me to save pennies.

Beautiful day today going to get kids to strip their beds once they manage to get out of them and get it all on the line, might even get BBQ out as think we have some charcoal left from last year and we are having sausage for tea, so will save gas being used.

GUinea pigs can also go in run so can eat FREE grass and dandilion leaves:).

Can't think of anything else money saving to do:rotfl:.
