Hi everyone. Another UU for me is a large tube of Elle McPherson Boxy scrub. WIBA? No. I bought it on clearance from Boots and at the time it looked like it needed a good shake up as it had separated. Towards the end it was like using pure salt and was mostly going down the drain. I have a half used tub of Soap and Glory Spa Sugar Scrub to use and a full one in my stockpile after that. Won't be buying any other in the meantime.

Bought two copies of Marie Clare last week for the TBS body butters in the Love Etc fragrance. May get the shower gel to go with it if I see a TBS offer or glitch! Also was very good today as I went into Boots and didn't buy anything! I have a £5. voucher that I earned from answerng an online survey however think I'll hang on to it untl I need to replenish my Benefit Erase Paste. Even saw the Soap and Glory Fab Pore cleanser today (which I've been looking for for months) and didn't buy it. x
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I had a UU last night of a free sample of Green People Aloe Vera Hand/Body Lotion. WIBA? It was very, very nice but at £15.50, I could never justify the cost. imo there is quite a bit out there that is comparable results-wise, but I would be happy if someone gave some to me. :)

I used it on my feet because they are callousy and I woke up with them feeling nicer. The smell was very nice too.

I'm still very tempted to get the Soltan face spf 50 or spf 30 since it's BOGOF but I have a lot of sunscreen (albeit just generic stuff, not suited for face), so I think even by my rules that'd count as a duplicate.

I started making a list but its never ending it will take days. I really did not know how much stuff i had. problem i have is when i get something if i like it i go and buy loads more of it but before its half finished i go off it then on to something else.

    I'm the same cherub!

It's the fainting with horror that takes up the time isn't it? :D

I also do the "Ooh lovely - must stockpile"

    Usually closely followed by.....

"Ooh something new and shiny! I must try it right now - abandon stockpile"

    :o

Much as I am hating the actual compiling of the lists, and much as they are a dull post to scroll past, (sorry guys!) I am finding it very helpful. It really emphasizes that I don't need to buy anything. (At All. Ever!)

And it will keep me honest,

And it's showing up problem areas I didn't know I had.

I knew that I buy more or less the same lip coloured lippies over and over again, and I knew that I buy more or less the same silvery taupe eyeshadows over again, and it was hard to ignore my BB palette habit...

...But I didn't realise that I had stockpiled 8 shampoos! (and hardly any conditioner to go with them!)

I guess what I'm trying to say to you all on this thread - in my customary not very succinct way - is
    :T:AThank you. :A:T

I agree, I think these wipes are fab. Normally I stay well away from the cheaper wipes but the price tempted me with these and they are really just as good as a lot of the more expensive ones imo. I had previously tried other tesco wipes and found them to be awful quality so these were a pleasant surprise. And the secret must be out because half the time the shelf is empty of them in local Mr T's:(

I was obviously tempting fate by singing the praises of these wipes! The next time I went in Tesco the price had gone up to 48p AND they were out of stock! They had a few packs in the other day though so I must admit I bought one! That puts my June spend up to £8.08 and I will try to stick to that, honest!

hi noelphobic - i cannot use liz earle cleanser - always brings me out in horrible spots - think itd the oils, natural or not!

I can't blame the Liz Earle cleanser for my current breakout unfortunately. I wish it was that simple! I just get these awful breakouts periodically and there doesn't appear to be any connection to any products. I've got some cream from an old presciption and am also going to get some antibiotics to see if they help. Otherwise it's just a case of waiting for it to go away on its own, which it always does sooner or later.

A UU to report - Boots P&P Day Cream travel size. WIBA? Maybe - only on a glitch/voucher as I used to really like it but have realised how overpriced it is compared to the Time Delay range. Now to finish off a very old Clinique Daily Moisturiser.

Jacks - if its any consolation, right back at the beginnig of this challenge (November was it?? Im sure it was pre christmas, but it might not have been?? ) I disappeared for 4 days to work out my stash, and I wasnt the owner of the largest by a long chalk - dont be disheartened by how much you have - just think of all the money you will save by not needing to buy !!!!

no more use ups to add to yesterday yet,but Im off out into the garden in a sec to do battle with my nettle patch and plant my sweetcorn,so will be bathing again tonight, might do a PY(T)NSun just for the hell of it too....

oh - and am going to have a crack at some of the beauty recipes in the "Grow Your Own Drugs" books - see if I can make things cheaper and easier than buying...

Just a small use up - a Tresemme conditioner (shampoo will follow shortly!). There's always a bit of shampoo left to the empty conditioner - I have about 2 washes of a yukky conditioner that I hate left too so will pair them up and use them when I'm not going anywhere and just shove my hair in a pony tail. Very virtuous!

Next will be the opened Herbal Essences S&C - they should last at least a week for me.
