Hmmmmm that was a long day I need a good nights sleep. Food £14.90, coffee £2.25.0

Coffee £2.25. I went to an opening at the Wellcome Trust last night and I have dinner with clients tonight. I am back on an old plan of just taking £5 a day to work to cover everything, I'll see how that works. Really looking forward to Easter and getting my seeds planted up, it feels very late but everything will catch up I'm sure.0

Hi Green T I am very good thanks, just back from a holiday and in the midst of life changing plans that I will post about when it is more public knowledge generally. Three properties is a wee bit tiring with a full time job but it will all be good in the end.0

Well I have decided to start drivelling on now, six months away from leaving work. I am not overpaying my mortgage this side of Christmas as I need to have major landscaping work done, a new drive and terrace. The costs are HORRIFIC. It will be worth it though. I have £480 in the bank to last me until the end of the month, so it will be back to daily postings and keeping to a budget. Then I aim to pay off £10k from January to April through overpayments and a bit of Ebaying. I should be left with about a £50k mortgage to pay off in eight years once I leave work, I am hoping that my pension, some consultancy, a bit of rental income should make this doable. Hi everyone looks like I am back on the wagon again!0
