June 2010, 80 payments to go............

And this week I have spent £48.25, thank goodness for that I was beginning to think there was no hope for me. But except for work things I haven't been out so that isn't good. Busy week ahead, three evening events for work. And a big breakout week-end for my whole team on Saturday.
OK into week 4 with £118.40 in my pound coin stash and purse and 10 days to pay day. So following good advice from here my challenge is to see how much I have left on 30th June. Obviously to have anything left will be a TRIUMPH.0 -

Just wanted to say your diary is really good and gives me lots of inspiration.
We are like you come across..unable to go a day without buying 'something'! our downfall is eating out and dh with is coffee! and this weekend alone we have spent around £60 on eating out..shocking when i write it down really. I am not going to start a diary on here but really try to add to my blog more so i can see where our money really goes as we have a very healthy income now and it won't last forever due to my job so i need to clamp down and try and save while we can towards our house.
My first step was setting up another S/O to an old bank..the logic is i left it due to the horrific queues and won't nip in to use any if it! i have another savings book at the same branch and it has worked as ever step foot in there! i have also at the moment lost the bank card to this account (deff in house somwhere) so a good thing imo.
Good luck will look forward to following your pages..x0 -
Taxi £11.00. thanks to the visitors it's interesting to see everyone's different strategies. Nine days to pay day. Tenth coffee today so FREE. Eating freezer surprise which turns out to be chicken in white wine vinegar, nice.0

I don't think that I am giving myself a stretching enough target for the second six months of the year so the target is barclaycard paid off and mortgage below £145k. That means paying off £2k per month which definitely means less spending and doing some ebaying for extra oomph. Now I've been planning ebaying for about two years so we will see. Also I'm off to France for a week in August which needs to be paid for too and will be about £900 in total. I know, I know but hey work hard, holiday well.0

£105.60 in £ coins and change with 8 days to pay day. Fingers and toes duly crossed.0

Coffee £2, trousers £15, pizza run for people working late at work £31 (I better be able to claim this back, will investigate today). 7 days until payday and I need to count how much is left.0

Add extra £10 the trousers were £25 not £15.0

£70.09 left in change and £ coins, had to pay for the pizza run from my bank account. £10 a day left, I can do this, probably. Dinner at work on Thursday and Friday, lunch at work today.0

Coffee £2m long day and longer one tomorrow, roll on Sunday.0
