Tell Mr Bob that he owed you £34! . . Or there's no dinner .

:rotfl::rotfl:As if- i had to pay for his last treatment. Conveniently forgot his wallet when he was at the dentist, he asked me to pick him up and instead of saying bring my wallet-he just said he needed to pay. I had to then or it would have looked embarrassing.

According to the NHS form HC11. As I read it, if she is 19(?) and has a letter confirming a place for at least the next term then Dental should be free , and any treatment that starts in that period will continue. But its as clear as mud.
Same as the Qualifying Medical Conditions and Form F P C 92a (I think) . Very grateful not to have to deal with this sort of stuff myself .
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

....one-way ticket to Portugal booked !
  • I was just looking on my first diary- i have been singing the same tune for nearly two years now re Mr.B, and TBH i am not having the fun i used to do. It really isn't me moaning about this and i am don't want to depress you all, two years of whingeing is not good for the soul.

So i need to cheer myself up and have some fun. Think i need a new focus and a few new challenges to keep me in some good financial shape. The rest will then be incidental. That is my theory anyway:D

    What do you think?:D

That is how i read it as well TBH Pepe. Will have a Pick at them again and see. I am not trying to get out of paying- i think the NHS is a wonderful service, it is about entitlement and these days we are on an ever decreasing circle re that. I am amazed though that prisoners get free treatment over tax payers. Hey ho, i would rather have my life than theirs though.

That's an enlightened society for you Pepe :) Still it is better than some other societies, i would hate to be in America and have to pay for my daughter's treatment over there:eek: Good grief, i would have something to moan about. So £16 for a check up isn't too bad in the grand scheme of things.:D

  • They do Squiz, and on that front, i realized i was owed money on Child benefit-they have kindly backdated it and it will be in my account in 5 working days. :)

So this week i think i have had over £200 refunded to me just have to check up on when it was last paid. That will go nicely towards DD2's Uni fund. I really can't complain.

Amazing what the forum going down can do- i have also ironed a large basket full, and put a loaf on. Tea is Shepherds pie, followed by fresh strawberries. Nom nom :)

  • Just checked and i was last paid on the 28th May. They are paying until the 6th September and i have to let them know if circumstances change.
So that is 3 months of £81.20 or is it 4 months? Anyway it is a nice sum to help DD2 for which i am very grateful for.
