  • On the money front, have to be a bit creative until dosh comes in at the end of the month.

Just been shopping-came to £29 at Aldi, they have free range chooks on at the moment for £4.99, bought a couple:D They aren't tiddy ones either, so hopefully will be able to get more than one meal out of them.
The rest was on veg and few household bits.

Is raining on and off today-so will have washing all over the house:o Determined that most of them will be on the maiden then through the drier to finish off.

Have tidied up and am on the last pile of ironing:o Never seems to end.

Have not shredded yet, but will do later on in the day.

Two more lovely wholemeal loaves on-nom nom.

Have sorted online banking and what not-Mr.B's not looking too healthy:o He has still not sat down and worked out his budget:mad: Do i do it for him? Feel like i would be giving in if i did that though- would like to do it together, but he still seems to avoid those conversations. Felt a bit down about it TBH-but put it down to him being at work and having a heavy workload. Should i ask the universe? :D

Hope everyone has a good day Bob x

Thanks for the tip on the chicken, that is a good deal!

Hmm I would say try to sit down with Mr B, doing it for him is a bit of a quick fix?

It is a good deal- Squizz :)

I had a conversation about it on Sunday with him- he said his usual about it all being in hand. Especially when i pulled him up on non agreed withdrawals from bank account. He tried to blame it on the pub quiz last week, until i pointed out that i had paid for that- out of my £40 for the month. He just doesn't know where his money goes. Despite me saying look at all the bloomin receipts in your pocket and you will soon know. I am getting tired of it- he shapes up or else it will be back to the miserable old routine- me doing gestapo act, while he puts on his 'what have i done now face.' I could go on but i would bore myself again.
I think it will take some time for him to get on track. But i am not letting him get away with a lot. Some might think i am, but it is a hard habit for me to break as well.
