miniGun #2 threw another wobbly today (seems like he does it every day ), and he still expects us to take him swimming tomorrow....bah !!

Get your own back on MG 2 and just put the paddling pool out -sit at side with your leg carefully rested. Then pull out one of those water blaster things and soak to your hearts content- he gets wet,:D you get revenge-win win:rotfl::rotfl:

tbh, I'm just getting sick and tired of fighting with him.....MG#1 is getting better now he's a bit older (12), but #2 is 9 and too used to getting his own way I fear

Now then- you are the boss, and a punk to boot-:D It is not fighting it is teaching him lessons in life. We all live with consequences, and well a lesson learned is a lesson learned. You are just tired after all you have been through lately- stick to your guns GJ:D

I know what you are going through though, i have 3 and they all seemed to get to me when i was at my lowest- so chin up. You can do it :T

I know and that is when it seems to build up:o They are taking advantage because of what you have been through, it must have taken its toll on this last year:o

Children are funny things like that-some of it is pushing at you because they don't want to think of you being poorly and so want to continue in the usual vain. Have you got anyone who can take them off your hands for a couple of days-get some rest and just chill from it all?

not really, he threw the wobbly after grandad shouted at him for being nasty...and they're the overnighter-babysitters and we're going away end of the week - will wave this time, we're going to Blackpool for a long weekend..
