I did my first day of the Shred today. Thought I was doing quite well until the kids wandered in and decided to do it with me. They are worse than any instructor -'That lady on the tele isnt all red and sweaty like you mum' 'She's lifting her legs higher than you' etc etc. Anyways onwards and upwards well downwards hopefully!

I was rather red yesterday as well- but it was better today, i did get a sweat on as well- but felt very virtuous. Well done for doing it:T:T

As for bridesmaid, i am a bit amazed at it all. Last time i was just witness at registrar's and was in dress and jacket. I did think it was a bit like that again TBH as they are both on second weddings. My friend had a miserable time with first marriage and wedding
for her it is the dream she has never had and so with that in mind, i did go with best face on. I really enjoyed it though:D and the youngest guide was squealing with excitement at being asked and the whole experience. How could i not enjoy it?
