I need to be El- i feel like i needed a change of attitude as well. Maybe all the other stuff on Dragon's thread re the NLP has also helped me- suddenly i am very goal focused and planning around that. It is weird really because, i feel like i have re started a lot of things in my life. So onwards and upwards eh:D:D:D:D:D

And on that note day 4 of the shred sorted:D DD2 decided she would join me as one of the goals at clinic was for her to excercise as well. I think she was a tad surprised at me;):D:D So will motivate us both.

Not a lot of MSing going on today, as is persisting it down here- so i will be cleaning out cupboards and wiping them down. Have nearly finished preparing DD2's bedroom, so a quick visit to B&Q is in order for some more sanding paper. That's about it for today.

    Bob x

It is down to the folks on here- i feel that i am supported regardless of dumb mistakes, or even just having good friends listen to my moans. Helps a lot:o

Good on ya bob! Wish I could get the benefit by osmosis! That there shredding looks downright painful to me! Great that youre sleeping better...prob mix of stress reduction and school hols; regardless makes a difference. May now reconsider walk as will now have enough dosh...will think on it a while as would need to shift alot of weight!
