i had read on hypnos thread you had done it ... and was fizzing totally fizzing at you for not struggling ... i mean how very dare you not find it as incruciatinally hard as i do ... what is that all about mrs .... you shouldve suffered and struggled and moaned along with me ... pah you will be no good for me for conic hill at this rate lady ... i will need to get another moaner to puff and pant and curse as they crawl up it

:rotfl:I put on the two bits i suffered with lol:rotfl: Haven't done level 2 yet:eek: Need to build up knee resistance in all honesty and lots of wobbly bits to work on. I have a lot of leg strength from walking and swimming in the past. I am chuffed the workout includes upper body strength as it will tone all over.

And i need it as have been trying on bridesmaid dresses this afternoon, as i am chief bridesmaid for a good friend one of the other guiders:D I love the dress( thought i would be too old TBH) and feel totally glam in it. I can't wait to have shredded those pounds-bring it on:rotfl::rotfl:

Didn't complete much else on list other than buying a few bits and pieces for lovely DD2 and we are on shopping trip tomorrow when i drop her off at friends :) Can't wait to surprise her.:j

Okay I have been scratching my head - what is this "shred" people keep on about? The only thing I can think about is Robertson's Golden Shred Marmalade and I don't think that is it :rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl:That made me laugh Dragon- it is Jillian Michaels DVD - the one from the biggest loser series. All common sense so far and doable for me at the first level.:D

BOB - do each level for two weeks instead of 10 days (so 14 - 4 extra days) if you need to build up a bit of strength in the muscles. It's what I've done and it is working admirably :D BTW, level 2 has walk out push ups, they ARE scary!

  • Well can report that day 2 of the dredded shred has been done and i managed all of the star jumps today :) In fact something seemed to have loosened a bit and my airwaves are clear-don't know what that was about, maybe tension or something-and it may sound daft but i am breathing well today.

Have spent about £30 on bits and bats today, hopefully nothing else need be spent. £3.95 of that was a charity shop find- i couldn't resist lol.

Had a really nice day in all honesty and the difference in Mr.B is quite refreshing.

    That's about it for mo.
