Well i have a busy day today, so am up early to complete.

1. Do the dredded shred- sounds like a sadistic breakfast really.

2. A couple more wash loads on, and will be hanging them up indoors on maiden as it has suddenly decided to once again persist it down.

3. I am trying on bridesmaid dresses today, feel like i am too old and too big, but friend wants to go the whole hog for her wedding and well it is her day. So will be mucho dieting and will be upping my walk/jog routine.

4. I have menu planned and really only need to buy in fresh fruit, veg and milk. I am hoping that will suffice for the next week or so before i go away.

5. Prepare DD2's bedroom tonight, am hoping she will be able to do some of it herself-it is a surprise if we get it finished this weekend, but she wants it done and am hoping the timescale will surprise her.

That little lot should keep me out of mischief for a bit.:D

Hmm seems like my appetite has increased- been eating like a stuck pig since i finished work. Methinks i have just found the reason for food bill increase.

Just done the dreaded shred Copied post from Hypno's thread.

Level one done- not too bad. I have a bit of a knee problem which meant i did lower impact star jumps- but otherwise ok. I could complete the lot I kept time and felt well chuffed with myself. I also struggled on the warm down excercises at the the end where i had to grab my ankles- nearly fell over and opted for grabbing my pants instead for the leg stretch

So one crossed off the list.

Now for a shower-

i had read on hypnos thread you had done it ... and was fizzing totally fizzing at you for not struggling ... i mean how very dare you not find it as incruciatinally hard as i do ... what is that all about mrs .... you shouldve suffered and struggled and moaned along with me ... pah you will be no good for me for conic hill at this rate lady ... i will need to get another moaner to puff and pant and curse as they crawl up it

Okay I have been scratching my head - what is this "shred" people keep on about? The only thing I can think about is Robertson's Golden Shred Marmalade and I don't think that is it :rotfl:
