Great that youre sleeping better...prob mix of stress reduction and school hols; regardless makes a difference. May now reconsider walk as will now have enough dosh...will think on it a while as would need to shift alot of weight!
I will send you the benefit by positive thought:D Yep the sleeping does make a difference.
Re the weight reduction- they say -that a dripping tap will fill a bucket- so every little helps- not that i wish incontinence on you- but that as long as you are doing something it will get there.
This time next year you will be getting to where you want to be

I like Shreddies. Nice with strawberries:D.
Thats the cereals, not someones pants!
If you want to get fit cheaply, get walking! 10 miles on Sunday cost me nothing...and I passed the pub twice! I shall be going up Pen-y-Fan again on 7th November ( Sunday) weather permitting... always happy to cajole somebody else along. Get yer boots out.:D stay wonky

Well another day shredding completed:j I must admit to not looking forward to it, then enjoying it when i have completed it- weird huh?
Am a £1000 lighter as well, after paying out all that has to be paid out.Overpaid the car:D, Overpaid two credit cards, Mortgage etc. Money was down last month and i have to wait a month for second job, so first payment this month then July's next month. I am a bit skint, but it is for a reason- so best face on and forward. And i have enough money for the month ahead- so all good.:D
Right Plans for the day- walk this afternoon to get over the shock of paying out.
Letters sent off re- student finance for DD2 - they require more medical proof- i don't know, are consultants letters not enough these days?
Shredding as in paper shredding
Wasps nest has now gone- so gardening can be done in back garden.
Sanding down and prepping of woodwork.
Not a lot then.:rotfl:

I ended up walking in to B&Q Taxi. The toilet was leaking so badly i had to fix it. Plumbers around here, couldn't come out so i thought stuff it, have done lots of stuff like this so will get on with it.
Jeez-it was worse than the shred:eek: Had to take it off the wall and re fit onto the soil pipe- turned out the plumbers had cut it at an angle so that's why it was leaking:mad::mad: Then it was the wrong fit-so had to go for another one- this is after testing and realigning a few times. So eventually was all done, all realigned and looks heaps better. New loo seat on as well.
Problem now is that it is back two inches so there is a gap where the lino was, also the floorboards are soaking so they will have to dry out for a while before i refit. And they smell:o If anyone lives in my area i know two plumbers who will be minus their ball cocks if i ever get my hands on them :rotfl::rotfl::cool:
So am shattered- but thoroughly worked out now:D:j:j Blessing in disguise really.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

I'm OK thanks BOB. Just woke up from a little nap at 3 o'clock! Have to go to work at 2400 though and have a sod of a day.....Central London, Essex, even further into Essex, back into C London ( at 0730!) up to Watford and then all the way round to Twickenham ( SW London ), good job I have the new Ferrari Truck:p, I wish!
Brain seems to be working OT though, just whizzed off a cracking reply to 1st Credit who are still trying to enforce a £7K debt ( not been paying it since October last year and got £100 compo from Ombudsman as well) without an Agreement, probably:D. **** 'em! I will win.
Now, do I go back to bed?:D stay wonky
