    If you freeze breadcrumbs they can become a bit soggy so I spread mine out on a tray and put them in the oven for a few minutes to dry out
    Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

    I have about 10 end slices in my freezer. They're all wholemeal with seeds. Are they suitable for making breadcrumbs from?

    If not, any other suggestions?
