Last catch up of the day.

Had lovely tea of remoska chicken with all the leftover veg.
Sorted the spare room (wasnt that bad - just laundry)
    Have cleared away
    S/S the kitchen

    Emptied DW
    Refilled with bits n pieces

Now got to sort the rest of the clothes but first

pretty pennies - I too need to stock up on dream cream, its the only thing that works on DH's itchy legs so am going to try the dream wash for him as well
Hex - hope it all works out for you, you have a very healthy attitude towards what could be one of lifes big negatives
Greenbee - hope you feeling better
Lamewolf - You are not a drain on our energy, you are a part of this thread, probably more so than I am these days, please dont go back to lurking - shoos anothe black dog away
valli - WTG. I would go natural and save the lashes for a special occasion - 2nd date maybe :rotfl:
    pollybear - hope doogie ok
rach - hope you ok too. Take the rest if you need it, you have a very precious cargo

To all those in Cumbria today who may be close to those who died or are injured, a massive massive hug. My DH was a paramedic in that area for a lot of years and is glad he wasnt involved although ex colleagues have been so hugs to all those involved too.

I'm seriously thinking of asking Toots to put me on Lurker status. I don't want to get chucked off the Flylady list, because I do find that following it keeps me focussed, and stops me going mad on "good" days then spending 2 or 3 weeks flat on my back.

But I'm increasingly aware that I don't have enough to offer the rest of you lovely people, and I'm a drain on everyone's energy.:( I'm sorry, I never intended to be a nuisance.:(

Oh gods, sorry, BD has me by the neck tonight.:(

Hi Lamewolf Please don't stop posting I enjoy reading your posts and your recent ones about how you looked after Sidney, you should give yourself some credit for it. You are not a drain but your posts would be missed by a lot of us so please reconsider xx

    Righty ho

    sink in clean and shiny
all washing up is put away
washing is folded and ready for OH to iron
    bedroom is clean and tidy
    bathroom is immaculate

can you tell I am on half term? LOL

I have lost count on my reports wanted to finish YR4 but the last 3 had a glitch and there was no report from last year (I will have to get the paper copy from work-boo hoo) as I taught some of the children last year I need to make sure I don't put the same thing as I did last year, for some odd reason all children with surnames from w onwards have no copy of last years report (??)

    night night all sleep well
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

Are you sure it's really her? :p:p

There will be a pod stashed under the bed. Same as under DD2's, although the friend visiting for her 11th birthday tomorrow may be a stimulus there.

The bathroom is clean. The front room is habitable. DD's room is alarmingly undisgusting (is that a word?). My room looks like the great clothes monster of doom has crawled into it and fallen down behind the door waiting to die. The hallway has had the cat's little hiccup after breakfast cleaned, and because it showed up the rest of the hall, the entire thing has been mopped and scrubbed. The plants have all had a shower and have been replaced somewhere strategic rather than left quite happily in the bath where I tend to let them stay.

She had better like her USB microscope (as requested months ago) and her iPod touch (not requested, is a complete wishlist item for her, and she is pretty certain I would never get her something like that). And her visit to the cinema with her friend...

    Overcompensating? Me? Surely not.....

LW shall I pop up there on the 11th, (like I said I was due to for a Day School) and do a late night switch where you wake up on the Saturday morning to find someone has abducted your BD and exchanged it for a giant concrete cow in your living room? Don't stop posting!

Thank you everyone who has said such nice things to me - it does feel better to know that it's not just me. And that it might not be my fault. xxx

NOT ON YOUR NELLY do you hear me?! You contribute to this like the rest of us. I am one of the worst when it comes to even vaguely following the lists. The main thing is you are doing some flying and you are getting the support of us. You can't leave ;)
Lamewolf - look around you, they often isn't a whole load of flying going on so don't feel bad. We call it the flylady thread and take it in turns to do a bit of 'light' housework and the rest of the time we take it in turns to have crisis and the others support us. I hope you stay because we need you too.
    Seconded!
Dusty, that is a brilliant description of this thread :rotfl:
