They do - I "spoke" to one online today about changing to the Simplicity tariff. He kept telling me to phone their customer services to do it, even though I said MANY times I had to go into a store to get my O2 Open code applied.

Grrrrrr . . . sometimes I think the customers know more than the customer "advisors" . . .

phew! just when I saw people talking about credit checks I thought if i'm paying for it on a credit card they might not want to sell me it.

Not really sure - I was just browsing the Help section, and then a box popped up! I put in my details, and then a few minutes later, hey presto . . ."Frank" was online
