A guy in three retentions told me that three will be offering a 16gb iphone 4 on a 36 month deal for 300 minutes, unlimited internet for £24 per month and £49 upfront cost for the phone.

36 months and they want you to pay for the phone!

    Blimey.
  • Has anyone noticed the £35.00 a month tariff from O2 has the usual 600mins and unlimited texts/wi-fi but the download limit is restricted to 500mb a month? With my current simplicity contract it's unlimited. I see they're offering an extra 500mb for "only £10 extra a month"!

    Hey casementkid..

This has been well discussed on this thread :)

The solution is to go with the O2 simplicity deal NOW (unlimited data) and just get the iPhone PAYG :)

Maybe Apple don't want any of the providers to launch pre-orders before release this time round as they are offering unlocked handset for a higher price (even though it has been widely suggested that the price should be similar or less)...

Not sure if it's been posted, but RE: PAYG.....

    - Data usage whilst roaming not included on O2 Pay & Go. Unlimited Wi-Fi on O2 Pay & Go is available at any of the 9,500 Wi-Fi hotspots from O2 partners, The Cloud and BT Openzone. Excessive usage policy and full terms apply. At the end of the twelve month free period you will start to be charged £10 per month for the Unlimited Web and Wi-Fi Bolt On. O2 will send you a text communication at the end of the twelve month free period to inform you that your free Bolt On is coming to an end and give you advice on how to opt out if required.
    - Data usage whilst roaming not included on Orange Pay as you go. Free 3G data for 12 months on Orange Pay as you go, is limited to 250MB per month and applies to use in the UK only. Unlimited Wi-Fi applies to use in the UK only and is subject to excessive usage policy. For data usage over 250MB you will be charged £2 per day for up to 25.5MB and £4 per MB for daily usage over 25.5MB. Additional Data Extras are available from Orange at £1 for one day of unlimited browsing or £5 for one week of unlimited browsing
