Council Tax........£130 (Two years combined into one bill) do you have to pay double for the whole year?
Water...............£30 (Arreas from last year)
Gas..................£60 (Prepayment - Clearing debt @ £3 p/w)
Electric.............£80 (Prepayment - Clearing debt @ £3 p/w)
Youch - your gas and electric seem high - what's eating your fuel? anything being left on standby? anything you don't need on? is your water boiler set at something really high? low energy bulbs? Even with the debt repayments these are HIGH.
TV License........£15 (Just under £40 per quarter)
TV/Phone/BB.....£30 (Basic Sky, TV & internet in contract)

Council Tax 2....£50 (Clearing CCJ's) didn't think you could get a ccj for council tax? You're going to have a lot more to pay towards the debts next year when you get all this council tax under control.

Well things might be a bit tight at the moment but some things will come down over time - as you get used to being a super savvy shopper and some things will get paid off allowing more to be thrown at the debts - and if you can earn some extra commission at work - well you'll be debt free in double quick time.

Erm, mortgage, not got that far yet. Need to get a good job first to be able to afford a mortgage, and also I will be waiting the 6 yrs until it drops off my credit history. I've got through 3 yrs so far!

Looking back I'm a little embarrased really. People I knew must have known I was spending loads on credit cards etc and I didn't have the best paid job.. yes, I was living a lie, but I've come to the conclusion that it was a good lie and I got to do a lot of things in my life with that money. At least I didn't waste it on drink and drugs etc.

Meant to say - I have a credit card with a £250 limit now and can get clothing accounts (Next etc..) It's not easy though, but at least I'm debt-free as such..
