Call me happy :-) that's ok I know how daunting it can be when you realis you actually need to make a change :-) when I first started I cut down to the bare bone on cash and as things have well eased on the income front I've started to let some luxuries in and I still make a nice dent on the debts. I'm aiming to clear 20k by crimbo i will do my best :-) xI AM A MONEY MAGNET, THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY FOR ME AS WE SPEAK:pMIKES MOB, DFW NERD 1071, DFW LHS 132!MIRACLES HAPPEN I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES. Ok enough is enough now - i've reads two random threads, and in both i've seen you spouting PayPlan - this is not allowed on MSE. If you work for a bank or DMP whatever (inc PayPlan) then you must seek the proper permission to advertise them!
Proof to my claim here: Advise cabot - argos cca unenforceability
Thing is PayPlan are not the best people to contact, why do you think they are - tell me, in your wisdom and knowledge why they are the company you keep spouting on about? Bear in mind read my previous posts before answering cos I will come back and rip your reply apart with facts, cos I have facts to prove what i'm saying.
I cannot stomach your username as I feel the opposite in that I hate banks, they have done this to people and they must now pay for their errors. However, that is irrelevant - what is relevant is your touting for business and as such i've reported you to abuse to investigate because me has a sneaky suspicion you're employed by, or affiliated to that particular DMP.
OP, sorry for going off on a tangent but this carry on has got to stop. :mad:2010 - year of the troll

Morning Happy!
I slept so well. It was amazing. I went to bed without worrying and woke up and didnt feel like 'omg what i have i done' i felt like 'today is a new start'.
So im really looking forward to my appointment with CCCS today. Ive posted the court docs back for what will be my 4th CCJ! Ive admitted the claim in full and said that payment proposals will be sent via CCCS.
Im starting to make small posotive changes and im feeling great about it. Ive also been reading into all these challenges and am really looking forward to doing the next one when it starts!
Fingers crossed the CCCS can help me! xTotal Debt June 2010 - £21,793

When I was 23 yrs old (I'm 27 now), I went bankrupt for between £45-£55k (unsure due to a tax issue).
I am now 27 and it was the best thing I ever did.
I wish you all the luck in the world in sorting your finances out. Just remember that it can all be sorted and don't worry, even the worst case scenario of bankruptcy isn't all that bad.
