Happy your right its an amazing day outside. I just went to asda and everytime i was tempted i just remebered that buying the item would do nothing good for me long term! It actually felt quite empowering and i felt for the first time in ages proud of myself! It was such a strange feeling! x

Sorry about earlier, as I say regardless of whether PayPlan is free they cannot tout for business like that! It was obvious due to the sheer number of "referrals to payplan" that the guy worked there or had some affiliation!

Thank you!! Im secretly doing the lunches to work one. Only problem is i normally eat it before lunch and then go for a walk on my lunch! Normally to the shop for chocolate! I think bigger, more wholesome lunch meals are in order!
