You guys were so helpful last time thought I would pick your brains again. Came in from work last Thursday and threw my uniform in washing machine. Took it out and eek had left a black brio pen in the pocket which has leaked all over. Its not loads of ink but enough to notice. Put it back threw washer at 60 oc but still there.
Any further ideas or suggestions to getting rid of the ink? Thanks:)

Soak it in cold water. That *sometimes* works on my son's uniform.

I think you may have set the stain with the heat of the wash. Try soaking it in milk and then washing.

If it's washed that's not good - but try hairspray on the stain & dab with a white cloth - DH is infamous for bursting pens in his shirt pockets & I've found this the best way to rescue clothes

Thanks for the suggestions - I have sprayed the areas with hair spray and it is now in the wash on an 60 oc intensive stain cycle - I will update the results when the cycle has ended - thanks again!:)
