Oh, and I forgot to add that I got the bananas in Mr SQ for free as they were marked 99c on the shelf, but came up at 1.19 on the scanner (I do superscan, where you scan your own groceries as you go around and they check you occasionally to see if you are accurate). So instead of being charged 20c extra, I got them for nada!!GC 2010 €6,000/ €5,897

Hi,
I have been watching for a while and was hoping i could join in, but on a payday to payday month, which is every four weeks.
I have stupid amounts of food stored in my cupboards and in the freezer since i moved into my flat in jan, and its only me to feed, so i am hoping by maybe joining in then i may be inspired to use some of it up, i kind of need to aswell as i had a really expensive month with my brothers wedding and BF's birthday...
So if i may, can i joing and work 14th June to 12th July please? and look at £20 / week if i may.
xxEach day is a new beginning, look at what you have an be grateful for every tiny thing. You don't know when it may be taken away.0 -

spent £1 in co op on two pies for OH for work.
Wish we had a bigger freezer as could then try a monthly online shop and freeze fresh meat. Has been nice not to do the tesco shop this week though!Mum, wife and dinnerlady!0 -

Had a bit of a spend today.
First up...A*da. I bought some value noodles (up from 9p to 14p - 5p increase!!!) and some cheap bisciuts and oats. Then Tesco for milk, Mullerlights, grapes (couple of extravagances there!) and bacon. Then the C*op for eggs, apples and T-bags.
All this spending should hopefully get me an NSD tomorrow (but we are a bit short of cheesethere's always something...).
Anyway, I'm £12.80 over my mid-month marker - not too bad and need to plan my next shop for Weds am.
Hope you're all having a good month.August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -
