Definitely not worth having! I've just called them to book an engineer appointment and the service was awful! They initially said they couldn't send anyone until 17th September. When I complained suddenly they were able to offer me 8th September!
Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knows if I will be able to cancel the policy if I've actually used it this policy year? Or will I have to wait until the renewal date to cancel?0 -
is it still £65 for a call out? if they can't fix will they provide a new box included in the £65 ?0

The boxes are actually reasonably easy to fix yourself with some fairly basic knowledge. Loads of how to guides on the internet. Probably better than swapping for a reconditioned box with an unknown history.0
