Picked first two tayberries - they were sooooooo tasty, and whilst looking at my veg I just had to see if a pea pod was as ripe as it looked, it was filled with about 10 small and gorgeously sweet and tender peas, had to eat them :D

Lovely tomatoes growing and swelling, loads of flowers all over the other toms, two beans I dropped at the back of the garden have created bean plants and baby peppers on my sweet pepper plant :) Oh and loads of raspberries, gooseberries, black currants and strawberries ripening up!

Five venus fly trap seedlings growing randomly out of a pot of sphagnum moss I've been keeping out of the way on the bottom shelf of a mini greenhouse. What's really surprising is that they've grown much much larger than vft seeds I planted last year and I've been watering the sphagnum moss with tap water which vfts aren't supposed to like.

A friend had offered us a lovely cast iron stable fiing but we haven't been able to wretsle the victorian screws out of the wall. DH drenched it in wd40 and friend was going to re spray through the week, but today it came away easily! Yippee.

Also, in the garden, the first dwarf sweet peas, and the second bunch of standard ones!
