I have one and operate the 'refill with cheap soap' policy.
But lately the thing has started to do 3 and 4 squirts when I put my hand under it! Anyone else had this (and been able to fix it)?
I have a hole drilled in the top (bottom?) with a small cap to stop dust. I refilled with semi cheap soap and diluted with water. But now found the cheap soap so I use it 'neat'.

P.S. Actually my 83 yo Mum fixed the hole and cap in it for me - clever old Mum!0 -
If it drips soap the lense where the soap comes out is probably gooed up. Just clean it. My kids like them better than the normal pump, they find it easier. Plus its great when your hands are all slimey from raw chicken etc.0

Thanks. No it's not dripping. There are 3-4 distinct squirts all equal in strength and amount.
I almost wondered if there was a setting on the pump that maybe I had altered.
I was also wondering if it is something to do with the soap which affect how it works. As I say I did dilute a previous refill with water and it was then a bit too thin. But it worked OK (one squirt) until recently and now the soap consistency is as it would be with a Dettol refil.
