When you make such a radical change to your diet, it does take some time for the old stuff to leave your body, and for you to get used to a whole new way of eating. But once you have got through those initial terrible days, you should start to feel a whole lot better - more energised etc. It is def worth perservering!

tbh bob i think it is the stress with this insurance .. i had a phone call saying that they are sending out a loss adjuster as they now think we are under insured ... which i think it turns out we are ... i bought the insurance online and picked what they advised not checking and i never ever wouldve accepted £19k but apparently i did... have found out this is a thing some insurance companies do to give low quotes ... so they are saying they might not pay out at all ... we are already alot of money down with all of this ... and to find out that they might not pay out is getting me angry and upset ... i dont know what to do and i dont know what to expect ... i just feel like !!!!!! right now

Oh Elantan, so sorry to hear how crappy things are. I cant help at all Im afraid as even the word insurance confuses me. Hope the loss adjuster does whatever it is they do and they pay out for you. Have a hug.

I have a terrible sugar addiction, its worse than my nicotine addiction was. I can literally eat a lovely healthy dinner until I am fit to burst but will pull the cupboards apart looking for something sweet. Its ridiculous and I never realised that it was an addiction until I tried to give it up! xxx
